Good location, to go from a D to a B grade it could use new sheets, replace the cracked toilet seat, clean the blood off the front door, fix the broken board on the entrance stair, buy a replacement freezer door handle for the white Frigidaire refrigerator, put hangers in the closets and steam clean the carpets, probably can be done under $400

The property needed some maintenance. The sheets were threadbare, the toilet seat was cracked, and the carpet was stained. Also, the property claimed to sleep 7, but the host said 6 guests only. I found communication to be lacking as well. It was close to a wedding we attended to that was nice.

Misled

Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. I let the owner know and she said she would have the cleaning crew check it out. However, it was clear that the countertops had not been cleaned as dust rolled off of the cutting boards when we picked them up. There were limited kitchen supplies, including only one frying pan that the bottom of the pan was worn and the metal was rusted. There were towels but no washcloths, no hangers in the closet to hang up clothes, no . At first I thought it was a very stripped down place compared to others we have stayed in, especially in this area, but the deficiencies in the place were more than that. I would not stay again and I am only writing this in the hopes that changes are made to the place before someone else stays there.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We were visiting for family celebration and were minutes away from the location of the event.
