This open and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath is the perfect vacation pool home and sleeps 8 comfortably. The single-family home is located in Bradenton and situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!

This 3-bedroom property is very spacious with plenty of room for entertaining and has a relaxing tropical vibe throughout the whole house. It also comes with lots of seating if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. BBQ Grill is also available for your use.

The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. The pool deck offers an additional location to watch your favorite shows or sports team while hanging out in the pool. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. Just outside the screens, you can also see a beautiful view of the pond. For your use, there are also pool toys and floats stored on the deck.

For your enjoyment when renting the property you receive access to the community tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and heated community pool.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the property with access to the pool and offers a king-size bed and the master bathroom. The additional two bedrooms are located on the right side of the property and share a full bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom come with smart TVs. Additional sleeping is offered on the sleeper sofa in the family room.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
