Enjoy this lovely home at the heart of Dayton in any season by taking advantage of a full basement with a large screen TV and a fenced in backyard with a deck. We're happy to assist with any questions during your stay.

We stayed here on a recent visit to Dayton and found the home to be very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-furnished with a nice back patio and backyard. After arriving I had a question and reached out to the owners. I found them to be very helpful. The location worked well for us and we'd definitely like to stay here again on a future visit to the Dayton area.

The house was lovely! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this adorable bungalow. The upstairs has a King bed but no bathroom. We didn't mind - just something to be aware of. The basement has the biggest couch ever, and we sat and had family movie night instead of hitting the town because it was so comfy and inviting! Five stars in every respect! LOVED it!

We came to town for my daughter's basketball tournament. This house was perfect for us during our time in Dayton. The house was very clean, we all had plenty of space and it is very well furnished with kitchen items. The entire house was very cute and warm feeling. Beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. We had a very nice time playing games and having being able to cook our own food and not eat out a lot. I loved the lights in the kitchen that are motion sensored and the basement lights along the walls, great idea! My daughter loved the upstairs bedroom and vanity area, felt like her own little apartment up there. Very cute and quite neighborhood and the location was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Dayton. Thank you so much for sharing you're beautiful home with us and being very responsive to my message.

Dayton stay

We really just stayed there in the evening after visiting relatives. The upstairs bedroom air conditioner would freeze up because they had the air downstairs 75 heat rises and that room was hot and air conditioner would not keep up. So the person staying upstairs had to sleep on the couch. It was 90 . Was not happy about that. It was a nice place to stay but, the room upstairs was terrible hot.

Convenient, comfortable, and attractive

This was one of our favorite BnB's ever. Aside from some extremely minor housekeeping issues, everything was perfect. The three bedrooms are on three different levels, which was great for privacy. The house was nice enough for us to have a an additional guest (relative) over for a meal. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour Waffle House, a CVS, and a small supermarket a six-minute walk away.

Clean, cozy, updated, perfect!! The owners obviously put a lot of love and attention into this rental and it shows! Would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Akron.

Hi, welcome to our Cozy Cottage. We both grew up here in Dayton and raised our family of 4 sons & 1 daughter here. We moved across the country in 2013, just before the first of our 12 lovely grandkids began arriving here in Dayton.

Home base is now South Carolina and as the littles grow, we want to be available to them as often as we can. We purchased Cozy Cottage to fulfill our dream of being more available to our family and make memories together throughout the year.

We now can share it with you in hopes that you too will make precious memories of your own during your stay.
