Yarmouth has a small town feel, is centrally located and a short drive to Freeport shops, Portland restaurants, breweries, state parks and beaches. We are in a fantastic location, right off Main Street and it’s charming historical buildings and homes. Yarmouth has local restaurants, a pub and cute shops that are just a short walk from the apartment. You can also walk to our beautiful Royal River park or rent a canoe for the day. When you enter the property you will notice our love of flowers and nature. You will have an assigned parking spot and private entrance. When entering the apartment you will feel a fun, relaxed, cozy, family friendly ambiance. The apartment has a private entrance through the back side garden and your own deck for a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen has everything you need to make delicious family meals and includes full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table is large and great not only for meals but you can also use the available games and puzzles for a fun evening at home. There is a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The living room has a tv with Roku and you can stream Netflix, Hulu or Discovery +. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and are tastefully decorated for a relaxing sleep. The bathroom has a large luxurious shower and complimentary toiletries and towels. There is AC during the summer and heating during the cold months. There is this is a no shoe inside home rule but please feel free to bring slippers.
