The backyard boasts a newly renovated heated pool, outdoor shower, and screened patio. Our spacious living room offers a comfortable space to unwind after a long day, whether you’re streaming a movie or playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and a coffee station.

Free Pool Heat!
This tastefully decorated home has queen beds in each of the three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six adults.

Access to the Pinellas trail is just a block away for those interested in a leisurely walk or bike ride.

Beach towels and chairs, cooler, a beach tent, some beach toys and a pull wagon are all provided for your convenience.

A high chair and pack ‘n play are provided if you are traveling with an infant. Please bring your own fitted sheet.

If you need to catch up on some work during your stay there is a desk in the second bedroom.

Washer and dryer are available and free for guest use.

No Cable TV. You can stream from any of your services using the Smart TV.

We had a wonderful time! It was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and pool!Our hosts were very accommodating to any need we had. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for a memorable vacation!!

Great Quiet Home With A Nice Pool

We loved our stay at this home, we usually stay in Treasure Island, but went a different route this time and it was the best time we have ever had. Having a private pool was so great, not being too long of a drive from the beach was great. The house was clean when we got there and was very spacious. Considering booking this place with a few more people next year. Thank you!

Fun in the sun

We really enjoyed our stay at the palm house. The pool in the back yard was a hit with our granddaughter. Even though the house was in a resisdential neighborhood it felt very secluded with the fence of palm trees.

The property was great! It was literally a home away from home, besides not having TVs in the bedrooms. That was minor, I’m still giving 5 stars!!!

We absolutely loved this house. As a family of 6, having more than 1 bathroom is a must and you can’t always get that at a hotel without getting 2 rooms, which can get pricey. Also having laundry and a kitchen to cook some meals and not have to eat out for everyone, is a huge plus for us. There was plenty of space for everyone and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The pool was perfect to have, as there were a couple rainy days that we didn’t want to travel all the way to the beach, so we were able to still swim in the pool

We were looking for a place in between a couple of beaches. This place was perfect, and close to the botanical gardens which is a great attraction.

Not bad

Not a bad place just a couple of things that need attention Mostly the outside by the pool. Would suggest a deck box to keep pool toys from the elements. The toys and floating devises were nasty. Get rid of the kiddie pool by outside shower, it looks awful. The last thing is the black stone grill. It’s cleaner after I left than when i arrived. Inside the house was a 4 star outside a 3 star and it would be a 2 star if it wasn’t for the pool.

Great House

Owners were very responsive House cute, clean, organized, tidy, well kept. The house amenities are well thought. Everything you need is provided. I made a couple house maintenance suggestions. Home owner was receptive. Pool is nice with cute outdoor shower. Neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend and would book again.

Hi! We are Jen and Steve. We fell in love with the Tampa area while visiting family and friends over the years and wanted to make it a bigger part of our lives. We found this amazing house and couldn't pass up the opportunity to join the incredible community here in Pinellas County. We have always enjoyed staying at VRBO's when we travel as it feels like really being a part of the community, and so we wanted to offer this wonderful property to others who feel the same. This is a peaceful, wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated home with a lush backyard and private heated pool close to everything.

Incredible location. Less than 10 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and about 20 to Clearwater or St Pete Beaches. Tons of shopping, restaurants, and golf a couple minutes down the road. Roughly 30 min to TPA airport and downtown Tampa and all of the things the city has to offer.
