Unique and exclusive property with 22 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, keyless entry, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, and in unit washer&dryer combo. Housed in a historic building from 1872, this 1st floor unit has been completely renovated and remodeled with all new furnishings and fixtures, including brand new 60”, 56”, and 46” TVs, new queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, separate office with complete setup of dual 27” monitors, high-speed internet, keyboard, mouse, and laptop docking station. All creating an intimate and quiet space within the bustling downtown Broadway district.

Perfect central Saratoga location. We were in town for a wedding and able to easily walk to all our events as well as excellent restaurants and shopping just steps away. Clean and well equipped. Very lovely stay. Thank you!

Great location! We stayed for a long weekend and we loved that we were able to walk to most places. The space itself was tidy and perfect for my husband and I. Detailed check in information was provided and the host was quick to respond when I had a question about parking prior to arrival.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

Wonderful property conveniently located downtown within walking distance for shops and restaurants. Parking next door (requires payment during season). Roomy spotless quiet unit with comfortable bed upstairs with en suite including tub/shower combo. Completely equipped kitchen. It also has an office area with screens.

Great for a weekend trip!

Had a really great long weekend stay here - the condo is super clean, updated/modern, and in an ideal location. The condo had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and easily walkable to all of the restaurants and stores downtown. The host was friendly in communication and the check in/check out process was simple. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Condo with an Amazing Location

This property was squeaky clean, well appointed and so convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs. There was plenty of space for my husband and I to enjoy our. 4 day stay. The interior was super clean, was nicely decorated and we loved the water pressure in the shower. Even though the building is close to Harvey’s bar, it was very quiet inside.

Saratoga springs fall festival

My wife and I stayed at Joseph's property from Thursday-Monday for the fall festival, the property was clean, directions were clear and simple, check-in was a breeze! Parked our car and never needed to use it with how convenient the property is to downtown! Will definitely stay there again! Joseph was easy to communicate with and not far from the condo in case of any issues, but we didnt have any!

Just as described!

This was the perfect place to stay for are trip to Saratoga Springs. Very closed to Congress Park, the shop’s & restaurants. Very comfortable, all the amenities and private. If & when we return to this area we would hope we could stay there again. Although parking was right next door, if was rather expensive, but that’s Saratoga for you.

Secluded Spot In The Middle of ALL!

This is a 10/10 place to stay! Better than the photos, this hideaway spot in the middle of town was perfect with walking distance to all weekend activities that we were involved with. Super clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, comfy bed, wonderful lighting options. One and a half baths was a nice addition for a 1 bedroom place and two people getting ready at the same the time. Joseph, the host, was easy to communicate with and spelled out EVERYTHING we needed to know with great detail. Made himself available if there was any need. Joseph saved the day for us with this spot when another rental suddenly canceled on us two days before arrival. Thank you!!!

Hidden Gem in Saratoga Springs

This Gem really is Hidden! Even your GPS can't find it. No worries though, the host provides very clear and simple directions, so getting there is actually easy. On arrival for any long term stay, we scan the bathrooms, bedrooms and especially the kitchen to see what basic necessities we might have to acquire first thing. Other than edibles, nothing! This was the most thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped rental we have ever had. There is even a free public parking lot right next door. Located in the southernmost part of the downtown core, you are within easy walking distance, 10-15 minutes, to anywhere in downtown, with dozens of restaurants, bars, specialty shops, and other businesses. Those businesses won't be disturbing your peace, either. The apartment was very quiet, no matter the time of day or night. I hope we can get this place again, when we return to Saratoga Springs in a year or two.
