Treasure Trove is a distinctive waterfront property comprised of four individual units, each featuring 4 bedrooms and designed for spacious, comfortable coastal living. Whether you're booking one unit or multiple, it’s the perfect setup for families, groups, or retreats seeking a unique stay along the Intracoastal.

The Waterfront Pearl at Treasure Trove is a true gem—celebrated for its contemporary comfort, inviting style, and exquisite Intracoastal views. With a generous open floor plan and a setting that captures the beauty of the water, this waterfront oasis is designed to exceed expectations.
Gather in the cozy and spacious living area, perfect for relaxing or spending time together after a day of beachside adventures. The well-appointed kitchen features a large island and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals as a group. Share them at the dining table for 8, where you can take in peaceful water views while you eat.

When the day winds down, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV to ensure privacy and relaxation for all.

This light and airy condo offers a well-maintained interior with a thoughtfully designed layout to accommodate families and groups in comfort. The Primary bedroom features a King bed and a private en suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.
The second bedroom also includes a King bed and opens to its own private balcony—ideal for catching the morning breeze or enjoying quiet time outdoors. The third bedroom has another King bed.

Perfect for kids or additional guests, the fourth bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds and Full bunk beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all ages.

There are 2.5 bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Additional conveniences include a private washer and dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just minutes away. For extra fun and exploration, guests can enjoy four bikes and two kayaks, perfect for cruising the island or paddling along the Intracoastal.

Treasure Trove is tucked away in a unique and private waterfront location, yet remains close to local beaches, restaurants, and shops. The community features a stunning waterfront infinity pool, grills, and boat and fishing docks—everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

•Parking notes: Assigned parking is available for two vehicles. Guest parking is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed.

-There are 2 boat docks with shore power and water available
-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 dock spot for a boat up to 50', $199 + taxes per week
