BEACH5 - This custom 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers off-street parking for one vehicle and is pet friendly on a case by case basis. Just a few houses in from the beach this newer home is perfect for your family. Located on private "Beachcomber Lane" with gated entry to and from the boardwalk. Open concept design, bright & sunny floor plan with high end appliances & sleeping for 6 with 4 badges to the beach included as a courtesy!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
