CHAN52 - Gorgeous custom home in a fantastic location with water views, surrounded by dining & nighlife hotspots as well as close to beach, boardwalk & inlet areas!! Plenty of parking here, with a spacious yard, multiple decks/balconies, brigh & sunny open concept floor plan. All amenities & 4 badges to the beach included!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Great Getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, the fenced-in yard was lovely, and we really enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here if we visited Point Pleasant again!

Point pleasant inlet

House was perfect for my family with 3 bedrooms and plenty of deck space. Back yard is fenced in which was perfect since we brought our dog. Master bedroom was super nice with 2 decks overlooking the inlet and town. Close to the beach and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!!
