Récemment rénové! 3 BDR, 1 BA, 1, douche extérieure. Chambre # 1 = lit double; Chambre # 2 = 1 lit double et 2 lits simples; Chambre # 3 = 1 lit Queen. Laveuse / sécheuse, Air climatisé central, Wi-Fi, Grande terrasse; Grande cour privée avec piscine creusée. Table de patio avec 8 chaises dans la cour. Table de patio avec 8 chaises sur le pont. Barbecue à gaz sur le pont. Petits chiens considérés. 2 1/2 blocs à Elizabeth / Carter Private Beach; 6 badges de plage inclus avec le séjour; Environ 1 mile de Point Pleasant Boardwalk. 6 couchages. AUCUN GROS GROUPE ou location de tiers. Parking pour 3 ou 4 voitures dans l'allée. Ceci est une maison PARFAITE pour les familles. La plupart des maisons de ce quartier sont détenues et non louées. C'est un quartier calme, sûr et convivial.

Good location, very clean and well maintained. Owner is VERY responsive to our needs and always there if we need them. The pool is a BIG plus.

Great Vacation

This is the second year we booked this house. It's clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everyday needs. We love the pool and the quiet beach. We love walking in the neighborhood. It's a great house and we had a great vacation!

Private Oasis

Dear Bernadette, Our group had a lovely time in your extremely private and quiet backyard. The pool was much larger than the pictures appear and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there when not at the beach. The house was the perfect size and had everything anyone would ever need. Good little house for families

Cute little house with a pool with everything you need provided. Enjoyed the location - walk to playground, beach. You will hear the train "honk" at the railroad crossing in the early morning. Didn't seem to notice it otherwise.

Vacation/Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful location. The house was all that we could have hoped for and more. We ABSOLUTELY loved the pool. The house was conveniently located near the private beach and it was always refreshing to come home and take a relaxing dip in the pool. There were a few days where we just relaxed poolside and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The pool area was incredible..We also enjoyed walking on on Ocean Avenue and your boardwalk. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We would most definitely consider renting this home again for our future vacation. Thank you again, Joe and Eva Reese

House with Everything!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It had everything - great pool, plenty of outdoor seating, just blocks from private beach, and all items you’d need in the house (plus super clean). My 3-year-old son said that he wanted to stay in this house forever :-)

Exceeded high expectations

We had high expectations for our stay - and all of them were exceeded. Bernadette's place is an easy 7 minute walk to the private beach. The private beach was key - never crowded! Having a pool at the house was a must for us and this pool is so big compared to other properties. The back pool area is so private and has all of the pool accessories you could need. The house is great. Super clean and totally fit the needs of our group of 6. Honestly, we didn't spend much time in there! With only one bathroom in the house, the outdoor shower was a huge plus. Bernadette's great communication and attention to our needs was fantastic. This place is highly recommended all around - we will be back!

Everything you need in 1 location

2nd time staying at this property. We were impressed the first time which called us back. For a family of 4, this property has what you need and more. Spacious rooms, laundry (a huge plus), pool and close proximity to a private beach that is never over crowded.

Favorite Shore Vacation, By Far!

Bernadette’s place was the perfect little shore house for us. The online pictures don’t do it justice! The house was very clean and updated; and the pool was an incredible amenity. We enjoyed spending the day at the pool, taking the 5 minute walk to Carter beach at dusk, and taking morning walks around the lake. We were also pleasantly surprised that we had a view of the Thursday night fireworks while we were enjoying a night swim. We definitely hope to rent in future years!!!

Family Fun

This place was perfect for a single family vacation. The pictures do not do it justice. Immaculate! Benadette and Patty have thought of everything. The private beach was the icing on the cake. The walk is minimal. Bikes were great. The lake with swans is 1 street away. Quiet neighborhood. Close to good Restaurants. Everything was honestly pefect. And the pool is a bonus!

Better than expected

The pictures did not do the house justice. There was another double bed in the bunk bed room so kids' friends can stay over for a night. The pool area was larger than expected and two very large eating areas outside. Close to everything...Jersey Mike's, Surf Taco, Joe Leones, 2 liquor stores, boardwalk....had it all. The place was VERY clean and had all the amenities. Outdoor shower was a life saver....and private beach access was key! Would definitely rent there again.

An excellent beach house in Pt. Pleasant Beach with its own pool!

First, I must commend the owners on their outstanding communication during every step of our rental transaction. The house was clean and comfortable and very well-equipped for eating, drinking, cooking and grilling. We enjoyed the pool (when the weather cooperated) as well as the tables, chairs and lounges on the deck and patio. There were a lot of pool toys and floats available in the shed, along with several beach chairs. We brought a beach buggy which was very handy in carting our beach chairs, cooler and beach bag for the 2 block walk to the private beach. The beach was very nice and the attendant there was particularly pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient to shopping and dining and the enticements to be found at Jenkinson's Boardwalk. All in all this is a fine place for a beach vacation.

We knew there was something special about this place as soon as we drove onto the street. We met in Point Pleasant Beach over 20 years ago and it is not a coincidence that we found this warm and inviting home right here in this town. In addition, there is also the fact that my husband is a HUGE Bruce fan and the "East Street" location simply sealed the deal!!

This has been both a blessing and a family effort from the beginning. We've worked so hard to make it as warm and inviting as possible. The minute you step into the house, you cannot help but feel relaxed and at home. It is a great "beach getaway." We want everyone to feel as blessed as we do when they come to stay. We renovated with care and want people to enjoy time with friends and family. When you come and stay, we hope you feel the same way!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Honestly, the in-ground pool is a tremendous asset to the house! The beach is awesome, but sometimes it's nice to just float in the pool in our private backyard after you've been at the beach all day, or if you just feel like skipping the beach altogether. We have central air, a 40 inch flat screen tv in the living room, plus 2 smaller tv's in bedrooms 1 and 2. We have a washer/dryer, and don't forget the awesome outdoor shower! It really has all of the amenities you would ever want or need in a beach house. It is a quiet family neighborhood; however, if you need a little excitement, the Boardwalk is about 1 mile away. It really has everything here!!!
