Great location, Marais is a beautiful neighborhood, and close to a Metro station. We were there during a very hot week and thankful for the AC. Virginia is the property manager and absolutely fabulous, she was there when we arrived to show us around, she restocked whatever we ran out of, very kind and professional, nothing was too much for her, made our stay very pleasant

The flat is in the heart of the Marais and perfect for a couple on holiday. It was equipped with all we need. Virginia is a sweetheart and made herself available, and brought fresh croissants!

The location is good but 66 steps up and 66 down is a lot of work and with luggage is a real challenge.The Air Conditioning is a portable unit requiring the window to be opened which decreases the AC function.Small refrigerator and a elect 2 burner is a little inconvenient.If you are tall the bed is short.TV worked but the size is tiny

5 stars! Wonderful stay in Le Marais. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of the Marais with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. We happened to visit during an unseasonably warm week in Paris, and the mobile AC unit absolutely saved the day and made the apartment very comfortable.Virginia and Pascal were outstanding hosts. Virginia personally checked us in, made us feel welcome, and ensured we were all set for the week. Excellent communication, thoughtful hospitality, and a fantastic overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the Marais street with so much activity and many shops. Great host experience because Pascal & Virginia arranged for transport to and from the apartment with luggage to/from the apartment door on the 4th floor with no elevator. Small space, but the 3 windows to the street made it seem larger. Great stay for a week! The traditional, winding stairs are part of the experience, so be prepared for that.

We had such a great time in Paris! Virginia was a great host with a lovely flat. The location was a safe neighborhood close to the metro and easily accessible to many Paris attractions.

Great Stay in Paris

My husband and I stayed at the Prestigious Elegance apartment for 6 nights. It was perfect for the two of us and in a wonderful location. Virginia and Pascal were exceptional hosts and very kind. If we return to Paris, we would love to stay there again.

Great stay in Marais

Everything about our stay was perfect: the check-in/out process, the location (walking distance to Ile de la cite, a block from St Paul Metro stop, and steps from restaurants and and shops), and the comfortable layout of the rental. The building was very secure and the lodging was well appointed with all the comforts and accessories of home.

Dream vacation in Le Marais!

From the moment we arrived in Paris with check-in to the bittersweet end, we were overwhelmed with gratitude for the beautiful apartment in the most quaint neighborhood!! We pinched ourselves at the location and the ease of getting around the city….and the wonderful restaurants and boutiques close by! Virginia and Pascal were the best hosts!!

In the heart of everything!

We loved the ease of working with Pascal and Virginia. They were very responsive when we needed questions answered, but otherwise they just left us alone to enjoy our stay! We were grateful for the air conditioner on a couple of 90 degree days. Compact spaces, but still roomier than hotels. Very convenient to public transportation and just walking around the heart of Paris.

Wonderful Apartment!

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It is centrally located in a lovely part of the Marais neighborhood - easily walkable to many sights, shops and restaurants! The metro is very close! The owner makes it a point to stop in and say hello and he gave us great advice. We were very impressed with all the thought and care he put into the space! Great shower and bedding!

Perfect stay in Les Marais

The Elegance apartment was absolutely perfect. Pascal and Virginia thought of every detail imaginable and even helped us with data problems we were having on our e-sim. They are the perfect hosts. The location of the apartment is ideal. We walked to so many places and the metro is minutes away for destinations that were further out. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Just beautiful!

Excellent apartment! This place is a gem. The location cannot get any better. The place has a charming street view and at night there is no noise. You are a short walk from grocery stores, bakery, coffee shops, retail stores and metro station.The place has a comfortable bed and sofa pull out. There are extra towels and toiletries. The place is clean and quiet. There is excellent wifi and a great tv.Pascal is available to answer your questions before and during your arrival. He generously let us check in early and left us a beautiful bottle of champagne. We are DEFINITELY coming back to stay here again. (The walk up 4 flights of stairs may be a deterrent for anyone with mobility issues.) We did not need AC because it was the Fall but there is a potable AC in the apartment for warmer weather.

Wonderful

My wife and I just returned to the USA, after a wonderful 16 night stay, for our 30th Anniversary, in this apartment. It is located perfectly in the Marais area. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, including cooking utensils, pans, etc., if you want to cook. It was very clean and Pacal and Virginia, the hosts, were perfect and amazing. We hope to return soon!

Great location-noisy street-4th floor walkup

We liked the apartment. It was sunny and bright with french windows that opened to window boxes filled with geraniums. The street was noisy at night and also in the morning due to the daily garbage pick up. The location, however, was excellent for walking to all parts of downtown Paris. The apartment is up steep stairs to the 4th floor which was difficult when carrying luggage.

wonderful location and hosts

Communication was so easy with hosts and the apartment is well equipped. Beware of those 66 stairs, they are narrow and curving old wooden stairs. Good workout but you need to pay attention to what u are doing and suitcases are difficult to manage up and down. Great restaurants around!! We had a wonderful time!

A Perfect Place in Paris

This apartment, in the heart of the vibrant Marais neighborhood, was perfect for our weeklong stay. It was clean and well stocked, and our communications with the owner both before and during the stay were effective and timely. The only drawback is the apartment's location on the 4th floor -- so if you are unfit this is not the property for you. My wife and I plan to visit Paris again in the coming years, and this definitely is where we will stay!

Very good hosts and excellent location.

Our hosts made us welcomed and were always available.We were spoilt for choice of things to do, in this location. The only downside is that the access to the apartment is challenging. There are multiple flights of steps to get to it. Carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs was a real challenge,
