Escape to the lake house that offers plenty of Lake Therapy = rest – relaxation – refreshment and time to reconnect with family without the hassle of driving to Hilton Head or Myrtle.

Enjoy lake views from the rocking chair porch. Right on the lake, this house offers plenty of privacy, spectacular views of Lake Greenwood, and a private boat dock and short pier. Bring your own boat or water toys, launch sites are only a few miles away. One of them is called Riverfork Boat Ramp.

Accommodations include 6 bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 12. Plenty of space for large or small family gatherings. A well furnished kitchen includes silverware, dishes, pots & pans, coffee pot, etc. The Great Room includes large comfy sofa and love seat with Huge Windows for the perfect lake views… 50” TV with You Tube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and fire place.

Plenty of outside space for game playing, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit or swinging on the tree swing.

The house and location were great. Overall, the house was clean upon arrival, although it could use some paint refreshing in some areas. Plenty of rooms and beds for a large group. We had toddlers and baby gates were provided however they were useless because they weren't big enough for the space. Having the crib provided was great! This is a space we would potentially book again.

Kitchen had all of the equipment we needed, and the number of bathrooms, bedrooms, and parking space accomidated our group comfortably for the second time.

Our stay here was excellent it was enough rooms for all my siblings, we went fishing, played corn hold , met the neighbor who were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again …

We absolutely love this property and were so happy to return again this year. The owners are always super responsive and make everything easy from start to finish. The home has plenty of space and was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. We couldn’t ask for a better stay and will definitely be back!

Great location

Lake house is in a great location and big enough for large gatherings. We had fun cooking in the kitchen and lounging at the dock after a full day of Jeeping at nearby Gulches. Good restaurants with a short drive. It’s clean and well kept.

Let me start by saying the house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, boat ramps to put our boat in the lake, and boat rentals. We did rent a pontoon boat for a day and enjoyed touring the lake. Now the negatives..We arrived about 10 minutes before check-in so decided to walk around and check out the outside. First thing we noticed when getting out of the car was a horrible smell! There was a large bag of trash sitting next to the garage/shed. I don’t know how long it had been out there, but it looked like a critter had chewed a few holes in the bag and it stunk really bad. The trash cans were sitting up by the road (I don’t know if that is where they were supposed to be but we left them there) so my son carried the bag up and put it in the trash can. The back yard left much to be desired. There was a grill that was left at the bottom of the stairs, blocking the walkway. The cement walkway going to the fire pit was broken up so you pretty much had to walk on the grass. The fire pit area was not clean. Chairs were scattered around, there was another grill there that was falling apart and filled with half burnt charcoal. There was just a lot of trash around that area! In spite of that, we did have a fire one night and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit.All-in-all we loved the house and enjoyed our stay. If it weren’t for the outside area,I would have given a 10/10 rating.

Great family vacation

Great house at a reasonable rate! Our second stay at this house. I wish the water was deeper at the dock but that is out of the owner’s control. We will be back in a couple weeks with friends.

Lovely location with lots of room

It met our needs well and had a lovely view of the lake. Several places to spread out and work (writers retreat). Some basic supplies like dish soap etc were missing. Kitchen supplies were very basic.

Great Space to Relax or Play

Our family rented here for Memorial Day weekend and had a terrific time. Hilary was a dream to work with, the yard was great for games, the dock provided hours of swim time for all of our grandchildren, and fire pit was awesome for hanging out and roasting s’mores. Great property for a great time. We will be back!

Relax in Waterloo

Beautiful Lakehouse

This was a lovely home on a beautiful part of the lake. The home was well-equipped and comfortable. It was perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend it and we hope to return.
