Plus, the proximity to other attractions like Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, and Orlando’s theme parks offers plenty of options for day trips and further exploration. It truly is a perfect place to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. This house was everything we needed and MORE!! My sons loved looking for lizards in the relaxing and gorgeous patio. We had everything we needed for the perfect beach day and the location couldn’t have been better. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had an amazing vacation!

Awesome house to spend a week in Cocoa Beach. Right across from the beach access, which for a week in June was not crowded at all. Very clean, and had basically everything you need for a week at the beach. Host was awesome, and very helpful!!

This rental had fantastic access to the beach right across the street! The outdoor patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoor shower was so convenient for those beach days. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for our family. We highly recommend this lovely house!

This was a perfect place for our family with a child with special needs. It was close to the beach access and they had everything you’d need for the beach. It had a great outdoor space to hang out to get out of the sun. Simple, clean, and cute.

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed - beach equipment, bug spray, and all the essentials! It was so clear that the host had taken a lot of thought and care into making the space and us comfortable. The host was also so kind in messaging us about upcoming launches, which we were able to see from the beach by the house! I 10/10 recommend staying here. If I go back to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely where I’m staying!

The house was clean and cheerfully decorated. Had absolutely everything you could need. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Good communication with our host and easy lock box arrangement.
