Bring the whole family to this ranch style, freshly renovated, 1300+ sq ft home in Wilmington with walking trails, tennis and basketball courts. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, cozy sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have smart tvs and whole house WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, restaurants and many amenities a few miles away. Pets are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

This cat friendly property was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Loved the sunroom and the backyard space! Enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen as well.

What a great place! We spent six weeks here getting away from winter in Nee England and this was the perfect spot. My wife and I both worked from the house with no WiFi issues. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. Also very close to grocery stores and a few restaurants were conveniently located as well.

Perfect in every way

We came for the weekend for a few concerts and this property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, had evening you needed, a great screened in porch, easy check in and check out and the host was very nice! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Home away from home

Great stay! Everything was super clean and comfortable, just as promised. Great location. Easy to get anywhere from here. This will be our go to when we're back in Wilmington, visiting our daughter at UNCW. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wendy’s house was even better than the pictures. The beds are all super comfortable and the house isn’t missing a thing! If you forgot something, it’s like that there will be at least 1 of whatever you forgot at the house. My senior dog felt at home, wasn’t anxious or anything. My 71 year old step dad and twin sister agree that what you get for the price we paid was a steal and they both also really loved it. Quiet neighborhood, 20-25 min with traffic to the beach, Battleship and historic town. If we were ever to visit again, we’d for sure book Wendy’s home again. Truly was a home away from home. Thank you so much Wendy!

This beautiful home totally matches the online photos and is even more stunning in person!! The host included so many thoughtful touches and amenities that really made this house feel like home during our stay in Wilmington. I would definitely return for a future family vacation or weekend getaway with the hubby.

We fell in love with Wilmington when our daughter went to UNC-W. My husband and I have 2 children ages 19 and 22. We continue to go to Wilmington often but wanted to offer our home to those who might want a place to stay other than spending large amounts at hotels like we did for so long. We have tried as much as possible to make our guests feel like they are at their home away from home. Our goal is for guests to love the home as much as we do no matter how long or short your stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is unique b/c we offer a home in a subdivision that just feels like home. Not a lot of traffic, people walking their dogs or just walking all the time. Our home offers an office for people taking a trip for work or who may need to work a little bit while on vacation. Our home also offers a wonderful sunroom and a spacious front and back yard.
