Life's a beach and about 300 feet close and a 3 minute walk when you stay at the Seaside Retreat. This preferred end unit, comfortable updated studio, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Including a king size murphy bed with gel mattress for extra comfort. Brand new split air conditioning for maximun comfort in the heat or cool weather. Enjoy the new balcony overlooking the pool and catch a glimpse of the ocean waves.
The kitchen is equipped for almost any meal to be prepared, with many small appliances and spices.
Best of all you will be just a hop, skip and a jump to the sand, where you can enjoy the gorgeous east coast ocean.
We are convienently located within a few minutes walking distance to some of New Smyrna's best attractions and restaurants (and of course, the beach).

The history enthusiasts will likely enjoy the fantastic sceneries at the Canaveral National Seashore just 6 miles south. This meticulously maintained park has over 50,000 acres, where you can easily spot wildlife such as turtles, armadillo's, and more. The unique spot allows you to enjoy the stunning river views to the west or the Atlantic ocean views to the east. Many miles of gorgeous beaches are also part of this unique park.

If you're interested in fishing, kayaking, biking, surfing, art, festivals, farmers market, antiques, thrifting, golfing, car racing, distilliries, comedy clubs, bar hopping, live music, scenery, shopping or just relaxing, you will certainly find it in or near this quaint beachy town, New Smyrna has it all!!

We had a great stay. The views of the water were amazing! You are directly across the street from the beach. We were minutes from the main drag of Flagler Avenue. The unit was clean and the Murphy bed was super comfortable. We slept amazing. All and all it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Great experience!

This property is in a great location, right across the street from a beach access that you can drive on! We had zero issues with the condo or the owner. Make sure you read all of the instructions thoroughly about washing off sand at the car wash station on the side of the building. The property manager on site is very serious about keeping sand out of the newly renovated property. The owner of this condo (Brenda) is great about communication and we were even able to check in early. We definitely plan to return. ❀

Great studio!

We had a great experience here! The unit was spotless and the decor was really nice. Good location, we liked how we were right on the edge of cars or no cars on the beach! We flew down, so it was great to have everything we needed already in the unit!

Great Get-away

Great get away! Close to everything but away from bustle of the town. Quick walk across the street to the beach! The condo is amazing with everything you need. This has been by far the best VRBO that I've stayed in.

Great place with owners you can trust

We made a mistake on the booking and can’t thank Brenda enough for going above and beyond working with VRBO to ensure we were billed correctly. She took it upon herself to repeatedly call to make sure everything was correct and communicated back to us. I can’t say enough about how great she was. The unit is a perfect location. We needed a second place for a large family gathering and her unit had everything we could have needed. We will absolutely book here again in the future!

Nice unit

The unit was very nice and in a great location for our vacation. The air conditioner did not keep the whole unit cool enough, however I was told it is scheduled to be replaced. Brenda was very nice and helpful.

This rental is absolutely perfect for a beach trip. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Very safe, clean, and has everything you need for your trip. Owner is so nice and helpful and responds quickly. I will absolutely be renting here again!

My husband and I visited New Smyrna for the first time in 2021, the area was beautiful, quiet and filled with the tastiest restaurants around. As New Englander's we look forward to heading south to the warmth of Florida and are happy to share our little slice of heaven with others. The ocean breeze and outside dining that New Smyrna offers is second to none.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location is key and it's a perfect spot. Just approximately 300 feet from the beach. Located directly accross from the beach park with a fully ADA accessible playground {new in 2019}, basketball courts, picnic area with sail shade coverings to take a break from the beach sun. The beach park includes rest rooms, dressing rooms and showers and outside rinse areas. So convienent!
