Condo spacieux entièrement rénové avec plan d'étage ouvert, décoré avec goût. Situé à Oceanwalk, en face de la meilleure plage de l'île de Hilton Head. Juste en bas de la rue de la célèbre Plaza Coligny, avec d'excellents magasins, restaurants et tous vos besoins d'épicerie. Grande piscine extérieure avec terrasse et pavillon couvert, piscine intérieure chauffée et jacuzzi apaisant à l'intérieur d'un grand atrium. L'un des rares complexes avec piscines intérieure et extérieure.

Entrez dans la nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer tous vos repas préférés. Tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. La chambre principale avec lit queen size et surmatelas européen et beaucoup d'espace de stockage, salle de bain complète spacieuse et canapé-lit queen size confortable dans le salon avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Après une journée amusante à la plage ou à la piscine, détendez-vous sur l'une des chaises à bascule sur le balcon du deuxième étage pour prendre l'air de la nuit. Beaucoup de superbes sentiers de marche et de vélo, nous avons donc inclus deux vélos de plage avec votre forfait, ainsi que des planches de bodyboard et des chaises de plage, tous GRATUITS pour profiter pendant votre séjour ici. Courts de tennis sur place, de nombreux parcours de golf difficiles sur l'île et de nombreuses activités nautiques à quelques minutes de cet emplacement idéal, sans oublier tous les excellents restaurants et divertissements. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our hosts, Joe and Joyce, were great and responded to our needs in a timely way. The unit itself was beautiful , spacious, and well equipped. Its convenient location to the elevator and pools made it easy fur us to get around, and the 5-6 minute walk to the beach was very manageable. Would highly recommend this property and perhaps enjoy a future visit.

Amazing stay! We’ve been to Hilton Head dozens of times and I have to stay this has been our favorite place to stay! The pools were perfect and never too busy! The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants so easily. The condo was decorated so nicely and was perfectly clean. Check in and checkout were seamless. Parking spots were always available. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend!

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was close to so much and was the perfect little spot. It had everything we needed. Joe and Joyce left notes about their favorite places to eat etc which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable and well appointed for our stay. The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, about 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals were nearby as well.

Great condo

This condo has obviously been updated and the owners did a great job! Very clean and comfortable. Has an indoor and outdoor pool. Easy check in and check out, good restaurant recommendations and great communication with owner. Easy walk to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Island Escape

We loved the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Coligny Park and Beach. Only minutes away from all the attractions on HHI. The indoor and outdoors pools were great amenities to have. I highly recommend this condo. The hosts were great communicators!!

The property was immaculate. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful. At times it was filled with kids but before 10, it was very peaceful, We had a minor problem at check in but the owners got it solved quickly. Everything we needed was provided.

convenient to great beach

we really liked the condo. There was confusion about the property parking pass, but the Stayanchis clarified that for us so that the next tenants wont discard the paper pass wqhich was supposed to stay in the unit. Other than that, the kitchen was complete and the furnishings were very nice.

Short stay with the kids

While the hallways of the property give you pause when you first walk in, once you get in the door of the unit you begin to feel much better. The unit was clean and had the standard features for a beach rental. We found the kitchen items useful for preparing our meals. There is the big public beach within a short drive, or a more secluded beach slightly across the street to the right.

Spring Break 2023

Great stay, a few things like water shutoffs on two days, power shut off for a few hours causing cable to go out, but worked with owner and cable company to get the cable working again! Would stay again, but would like bikes included with the condo for convenience of biking the island.

Wonderful stay!

The room and amenities were excellent! Very clean and decorated lovely, true to the photos. Actually much roomier than we thought! Host responded quickly and helped us navigate a simple issue. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and various restaurants. The beach chairs provided were great and much appreciated! Note: The indoor pool and hot tub were in frequent use by other guests with kids, but that is to be expected during high tourist season. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to others who want to vacation in the area!

The property was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It was very clean.

This condo was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone. How was the most wonderful person to work with. The property we were originally renting had some recenPMt water damage and was not available so he kindly offered us one of his other properties which was larger for the same orice. He was so willing to work with us to ensure that our vacation went as planned. I truly enjoyed working with him.

We vacationed many areas throughout the years and always dreamed of owning a vacation home. Growing up in Ohio and making it through the hard winters makes our Southern home more enjoyable. We purchased this property a few years ago and totally remodeled it to make you feel like your at the beach with all the comforts of home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Joe and Joyce!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We accidentally stumbled across Hilton Head over twenty years ago and immediately fell in love and have been coming back ever since. Coming from Northern Ohio this is truly paradise. We vacationed many different locations over the years and found South Forest Beach area to be the best. It has everything we love, from the Ocean life, the Live Oaks with hanging moss, Palm trees, unending bike paths, great restaurants and shops within walking distance and water sports to enjoy. On a morning walk on the beach it is common to see dolphins swimming in the distance! This is the best location on the Island. We love it and hope you will too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Open floor plan, very spacious condo. Tastefully decorated. We included everything in our condo so as you can enjoy your time while you vacation here not running around or doing laundry. The kitchen is done in Travertine tile for the Ocean look, and walls are done in a Sky Blue color. White cabinets for a bright clean look with polished hardware. The bedroom and bath are each done in an Ocean Blue. Spacious new walk in shower for easy access. All new flooring throughout with large carpets for a comfortable feel. We want you to feel like you are on the beach with beautiful surroundings. Not to mention the new Indoor heated pool with soothing jacuzi and new outdoor pool with grilling area. Enjoy!
