This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with elevator access, located in Wild Pines, is within the exclusive and gated community of Bonita Bay. Located on the west side of U.S. 41 between Naples and Fort Myers, the community of Bonita Bay is situated along the waters of Estero Bay, Imperial River and Spring Creek. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the balcony in this unit overlooks the 1st tee of the Marsh Course with views of the water feature. This second floor, renovated condo has been tastefully decorated and accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers a king bed in the master suite, and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Just steps from your front door, you'll find the large heated pool, hot tub, pool pavilion with restroom facilities, tennis courts and gas grills. Within the Bonita Bay, you'll have access to 3 parks offering Basketball Courts, Bocce Courts, Playgrounds, an Exercise/Fitness Course, 12 miles of Walking/Bike/Nature Trails, Butterfly Garden and a Boat Dock/Ramp Launch.
This condo is operated by the owners who call this their second home. We are sorry but pets and smoking is not permitted and this unit is not handicapped accessible.

The Second floor unit is a very comfortable 2BR ; 2Bath , with fully stocked kitchen , bath linens , and the screened lanai has wonderful view of the First Hole Marsh Golf Course

Perfect Week in Bonita Bay

Great stay with everything we needed for the week. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and walking and biking trails along with the heated pool. Close proximity to everything you need.

Fantastic location and amazing unit

My wife, myself and 2 teenage girls stayed and the unit was spotless and spacious. We alternated days at the pool and on the shuttle to the beach. Bonita Bay complex is beautiful with great walking trails and multiple parks. Would highly recommend this unit.

Great location, great amenities, great host!

We love staying in Wild Pines! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily, walked and biked throughout the community, rode the shuttle to the beach, and had several lovely canoe trips where we saw manatees! This unit was clean and comfortable. We had a couple minor issues and the host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Comfortable

The condo was exactly as described online and very cozy and comfortable. Its location near family worked well for the holidays and checking in/access to the property was very easy and convenient. The beds and linens were very comfortable and all slept well! Our only complaint is other VRBOs we have stayed in were always well stocked with essentials like paper goods, cleaning products and toiletries. Shopping for these items for our use was easy with stores nearby but was unexpected.

Great location, beautiful condo!

The only issue we had with the condo was getting checked in at the gate. They had no information on our arrival and could not confirm it. There was a breakdown in communications. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo and the owners were very conscientious. The condo was very clean.

Pleased

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this newly updated condo in “West Pines.” It had very clean accommodations as well as a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The screened in balcony allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee and meals bug free. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location is excellent for shopping and dining. We met many friendly people on our morning walks on the awesome walking trails. The best amenity for us was taking the shuttle daily to the private beach that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas. Make sure to stay for the spectacular sunsets! This gated community is perfect for a safe, quiet and relaxing vacation. The owner/host responded quickly to our questions, as well. We had a great stay! Many thanks!
