Affordable, comfortable, and quaint stay downtown! Tucked in the historic district, this renovated cottage offers a studio-style 1 bed/1 full bath just minutes from downtown. This is an excellent location at an affordable price! Intimate & efficient space. Only a 2 min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike & bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino. You can’t beat this location!

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Main House next door (also a rental of ours). This is a separate rental, but please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, please don't block in vehicles you don't know.

Two homes on same property mean yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

*Wi-Fi internet

*Smart TV is provided - can access personal Netflix, HULU, and Amazon Prime accounts

*Designated parking and street parking, 2 vehicle limit strictly enforced

Good place to stay that’s quiet and for quick access to bathhouse row and all the other stuff you could possibly want to do in Hot Springs. It’s quaint, but the price is right and everything is clean and in good shape. Lots of reviews about the size of the bathroom. I actually found it better than I expected. But yea, it’s small. If you’re just looking for a place for you and your partner to chill between activities, I’d recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Convenient

Great towels, very clean! The air conditioner worked very well and it has all the amenities you can ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee supplies. Super easy to get to all the Hoy Springs activities!

Perfect location

Cute, comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a weekend trip. The location was perfect, close to all the fun, downtown, restaurants and hiking trails. Becca was very responsive and a great host.The only con: the bathroom is really tiny. For reference im 5’2 and weigh 140; it was a little tight.But overall, great place and very clean.

Our Cottage

I think our cottagecwas good. A bathroom way to small. I compare it to a camper bathroom. I don't feel i should have to strip beds and wash my dishes or take out my trash. But it was a quiet place not far from anything and clean.

Wonderful stay at the Carriage House...so convenient to everything there is to do in Hot Springs. Even the street that it's located on has such great architecture. We fell in love with Hot Springs.
