Soundside public access w/pier & limited parking - can walk or bike easily. Apartment Located steps from bike path: walk or bike to restaurants, pier, shopping, grocery. 1 mile from public boat ramp. apt sleeps 2 with 1 queen bed & 1 futon. Fully equipped Kitchen. Hot/cold outside shower. Gas grill. 2 beach chairs. 2 beach bikes. Linens & towels.
The space
1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen including fridge, stove, convection microwave: private bath: on site designated parking. Outside hot/cold water shower around back. Private beach access with 37 space parking lot w/showers.
Guest access
parking on site. Park in left driveway. Access apartment thru archway. Outside shower at back of property. This is a shared space and guests are welcome to use it.
Other things to note
2 adults.. no pets. Beach access with parking. Also within walking distance. Go to end of cedar street. Turn right and go to end of street. 37 parking spaces which are first come first served. You will see gate. Use fob for access. Showers at access. Short walk to Bogue Pier. Pier house with clean restrooms there. The Surfs Up restaurant at pier has good food and drinks with nice view.

This is my partner and I’s 2nd time in Emerald Isle and at that this current place. I highly recommend if you want a little getaway. Mary is super nice and so happy we finally got to meet her! The amenities are super helpful and hope to be back next summer!

Unit is far nicer than advertised. I became ill due ing the stay and the owners intervened and treated us as family. Would not stay anywhere else in Emerald Island nor on the Crystal Coast

Great little place with plenty of room for a couple. Really liked the artistic flare. The rental is equipped with everything you need and great amenities. Great value and we will stay here when we return.
