Single-family beach cottage in highly sought-after Mainsail off Scenic Gulf Drive, directly across from Silver Sands Outlet Center!
This home offers the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, full bath with tub, and laundry on the main floor. The second floor--newly renovated in November 2022-- boasts a master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, and a second bedroom.
Out the back doors is a large patio with dining table for 8 and lounge seating. The heated pool is directly behind the cottage and offers both a gas and charcoal grill for your convenience.
Linens are provided.
Beach chairs, wagon and beach towels are available in the cottage.
Restaurants and shopping nearby: Destin
Commons to the west, Grand Boulevard to the east, and Silver Sands Outlets directly across the street!
* Deposit and Payment: 12% Florida sales tax and a $300 cleaning fee will be added to rental fee. Cancelations prior to 60 days may result in forfeiting deposit if unable to re-rent dates. Cancelations within 60 days may result in forfeiting deposit and rental fee if unable to re-rent dates.
