History buffs speak of William Barnett who established Florida Town in 1821, the site of his lumber mill. The rich timberland fed the mill. The town name of Pace did not enter the picture until 1907 when James C. Pace opened the Pace Mill which was in operation for 22 years. Changing to an emphasis of pulp production, the mill reopened in the late 1930’s as the Florida Pulp and Paper Company.

- Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc) used during your stay.
- Check out instructions will also be sent via Airbnb Message.
- $50 Late fee applies for guest that do not check out on time.
- Additional fees will apply to guests that to not take care of our space and cause additional cleaning and or damage to the space.
- Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined at the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
- Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle.
- $200 Fee applied if guest smoked in the property
- $35 Cleaning fee if check out instruction are not followed.
