We encourage our guests to have a wonderful time while keeping normal noise levels and respecting neighbors and other renters traveling with their families. Downtown noise and nightlife becomes more noticeable in Spring and Summer - as this is a popular college/tourist town!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful house. It was just as pictured and was larger than I expected. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking pots/pans/dishes etc and the beds were comfortable. We felt like we were at our own home. We loved the short walk to the beach, restaurants and to downtown. It was only a short drive to get groceries and/or a pharmacy. Our hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Christmas Eve 2024 - Memorable and Perfect in Every Way, thank you Park Family!What we liked BEST:THE House-Large, comfy, super clean, modern, very charming, the kitchen was made for gathering, eating around the island and cooking together while chatting and enjoying! The house is a celebration just waiting for you to make it happen!Location - Super convenient to everything that makes Santa Cruz a winning destination, beach, dining, shopping and more. Lots to see and do in every direction!Our hosts:Thoughtful emails and suggestions before, during and after our stay. They are so nice and committed to ensuring a great experience. We all CHEERED when we returned from our dinner in downtown to see the house Fabulously lit up with beautiful outdoor Christmas lights!! It was really a very wonderful surprise for us, thank you Park Family!!!We were a family of 6 including 2 teenagers and a grandma. We had the best time ever and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you so much for making our stay Spectacular!!

Not a good spot

Late arrival time and the cleaning cost for one nice was ridiculous. The had a tenant with a game room right behind the couch where my kids were trying to watch a cartoon. It was annoying to hear him playing his first person shooter really loud while my kids were trying to watch their movie. Also, an insurance cost for 1 night was very expensive. My favorite part was the creepy man that followed my family down the street to the house at 8pm when we were walking back from getting dinner.

Can't Give Enough Praise!

This may have been the best rental experience we've ever had! The house was is in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or mall shopping. These are probably the most thoughtful owners I've ever come across. I was worried that our family of 6 wouldn't all fit so I was preparing some of my kids for sleeping on the floor. When we got there we found a thick sleeping mat but even better, we found the most comfortable inflatable bed I've ever seen. The house was super clean and had every kitchen utensil you could ever want. There were surfboards and bikes to use. There are two outdoor cats that my kids loved playing with. I had a chance to meet the owner and his son on one of the mornings and he was incredibly nice and accommodating. I cannot give enough praise for the experience we had in Santa Cruz staying at this home. Thank you so much!!

Loved our stay!

We had a great time at this property and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful, in my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. It was walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown shopping. I will definitely be back!

Chilling in Santa Cruz

Perfect location, very clean and felt like home. The owner was just leaving and was so sweet to give us some information on the house. I will definitely rent this again. Plenty of room. Only suggestion is not to use the pull out couch for sleeping, use the air mattress - much better. Karen, Brandon, Chad & Heidi

Santa Cruz is our home town! This is our family property - Located downtown and a short walk to Beach/Boardwalk. Raising our kiddos here where we were raised is a huge blessing!

Location! Location! Location! Leisurely walk downtown for dinner and cocktails! And in the morning pack the family up for a wonderful day at the beach - only a short 1/2 mile walk to the wharf, beaches and boardwalk!
