I have been renting out my home for 8 years now. This past year it was managed by a property manager, but I am back at it! You won't find many reviews on this site, but please know that I am considered a Superhost and take great pride in doing what I can to ensure you have a great stay at my home.
Relax in the Golden Corridor of Beach Hill, Santa Cruz! Beach Hill is just above the Boardwalk, 3 blocks down to the beach and a short walk to downtown! Enjoy the quiet neighborhood before strolling down to the Boardwalk and West Cliff for fun beach activities, surfing, amusement park rides, and people-watching! Great trails for walking & running & biking close by! Head to downtown for great restaurants and night life or eat at the Wharf. It's all close and convenient!

Beautiful home! We felt like we were on a gettaway vacation! Loved the two patios too! So close to the boardwalk and beach. Surrounding houses and neighborhood very nice and friendly neighbors! Kim was the perfect host she kept up informed well before our stay and checked in on us during! We will definitely stay here again!

Very cute home close to the beach and boardwalk. Well stocked, even creamer for coffee! Grandparents and 5 grandchildren stayed and the layout worked well.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in every room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great location & house

This 3 bedroom/2 bath contemporary home is warm, cozy and nicely furnished. Kitchen has all the amenities, including a welcome snack basket, YUM! The bedrooms have good lighting, comfy beds and pillows. And the bathrooms are supplied with towels and supplies. Everything was very clean and usable. The location is near all attractions and easy to get to any restaurant or grocery store. The host provided timely information and responded quickly to any question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Beautiful property, furnishings and decor.

Very welcoming 3 story home with everything we needed including treats and a Nespresso machine. Weather was cold and windy so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio. Great location. Only negative was the inability to park more than one car on the property.

I grew up in Los Gatos and grew up coming to Santa Cruz to go to the beach. I told my friends at UCSB that someday I would live in Santa Cruz, and it took years, but here I am! I love the slower lifestyle than the Bay Area, and I do think it's one of the most scenic areas with the cliffs and beaches and mountains. I love to run and ride my bike and be outdoors.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this neighborhood because it's close to the beach and close to the Boardwalk and downtown. You can walk downtown for a coffee or meal or a yoga class, and you can quickly walk to the beach just down the street. I grew up coming to the Boardwalk during the summertime, and it's fun having it so close by.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is 3 stories. It gets great light! The master suite with the high ceilings is a dream. The jacuzzi tub and spacious bathroom is also nice. There is separation from the 2 bedrooms on the first floor and the third bedroom on the 3rd floor, which is nice for privacy.
