The home was given the name Casa Cenizaro for the iconic Cenizaro rain trees on the property. The trees were carefully and thoughtfully preserved during the design and construction and remains a haven for guests and nature to enjoy.

The cooks in your group will appreciate the sleek stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, ample counter space and open concept overlooking the pool and gardens. High vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors open fully blending the interior and exterior space and allow plenty of natural light inside.

Separate from the social area, you will find four private bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own terrace creating an intimate atmosphere. In addition to the four bedrooms there is quiet space that can be used as a home office or to relax with a book.

Casa Cenizaro is located in the surfside community of Playa Portero. It has several restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance! Surfside is located between Flamingo and Potrero – a beautiful beach-lined drive with access to Tamarindo to the south and Playas del Coco in the north. The home is less than 1 hour from the Liberia International Airport (LIB). All other conveniences including pharmacies, medical clinics, banks and shopping are all located within a short driving distance.
