Lavez vos soucis dans ce studio, condo Direct OCEAN FRONT. Nous sommes situés dans le Daytona Beach Club Resort. Cette unité est parfaite pour les célibataires, les couples ou les petites familles. Profitez de votre café du matin tout en regardant le lever du soleil sur l'océan depuis votre BALCON. Promenez-vous facilement sur la plage jusqu'à la jetée et la promenade de la rue principale ou visitez l'un des nombreux magasins et restaurants spécialisés d'Ocean Walk.

Aucun détail n'a été négligé dans cette unité entiÚrement meublée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. La chambre contient un lit queen surdimensionné avec des draps de luxe et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Vous y trouverez une télévision de 32 pouces et un DVD.

La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cuisiniĂšre et micro-ondes. Vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, poĂȘles et argenterie sont fournis. La salle de bain est d'une propretĂ© Ă©clatante avec un grand nombre de serviettes.

Ceci est une unité NON-FUMEUR. Bien que nous aimions les animaux de compagnie, le complexe ne les autorise pas. La station offre une belle piscine et un solarium, un barbecue, des ascenseurs, un parking couvert ou découvert.

Lipstick on a pig here. The decorations were cute but this place is so old and run down it was unappreciated. Balcony: while it had a great view right on the beach, you couldn’t sit out there with the air conditioner on because it blew hot air on you. And that balcony door doesn’t lock so we literally had to barricade the door at night for safety. Layout: could have been reconfigured to see the tv from the bed. Could have fit a king bed in the space. Bed was hard as a rock. Fouton has seen better days.Kitchenette: worst half-assed construction I have ever seen. Tape with paint on it as a backsplash, literally no counter space to put a coffee maker. Shoddy work. Did not even attempt to cook anything on that old stovetop with tin foil under the burners. Building: old, run down, dark and depressing. Elevators took forever, was faster to walk up the stairs. I guess you get what you pay for but after not sleeping for four days we were over it. If you’re gonna rent something put the effort in to at least keep it updated. A little love would have gone a long way here.

We had a wonderful time yet again. Love the location and the condo is exactly what suits us for our stay. We’ve come down four times in the past five years. We will be back!

Perfect little get away

Everything was great, great location, cite, nice and clean, the ONLY 2 things i would say is to have more towels available and that the beds were so uncomfortable. Besides that is was absolutely perfect and everything we needed!! Thank you!!

Welcome to Rockville 2025

The accommodations were good, however the parking lot was extremely tight and difficult to maneuver. Then upon checkout my finance stepped on a large piece of glass and cut her foot.

Loved the balcony and view

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the 2nd bed was a futon and super thin and you could feel each individual support bar, the bathroom door doesn’t close. The hallway outside the room had no lighting. 2of the three elevators were out of service so the walk was long to our room. The parking garage was very confusing and small.

So disappointed

The pictures online do not represent what this condo. It desperately needs upkeep. Could not even see out balcony windows they were so dirty. Found hair in fridge, Dead bugs on floor, rotted wood in bathroom. And the tv is on the wall next to bed!?! I called the host to ask where I might find the iron. Response was I have no idea. We,ve paid same price in DB for beautiful condos. Never again At this rundown place.

Great location needs new air conditioner

The property is in an older building. The property was clean, but the air quality was poor. Even being at the beach, there should be no odors of mold or musty mildew. We were unable to stay at the property due to the air quality and my allergies. VRBO requires proof of bad air quality, i.e. with pictures of mold or mildew. Pictures were provided of the poorly maintained air conditioner showing mildew, which we believe was the source of the odor. VRBO rejected that as proof for a refund. We eventually received a partial refund, a portion from VRBO and a portion from the owner.Once the air quality improves i.e. the air conditioner is replaced. I think the unit will be a really nice place to enjoy the beach and all that Daytona has to offer.

Quaint weekend getaway

It is a cute little condo. GREAT view, great shower nice bath towels. Def not suitable for 4 ppl and difficult for two for 3 weeks but we managed! Good correspondence with host. Pool close to being reopened. Def needs a bit a TLC to kitchen cupboard setup and could use towel shelving in bathroom. Tub is tired. Luggage racks in closet would be nice as no place to put luggage. Fabulous beach with public restroom close to beach entrance which was handy. Great weekender but needs more for extended stays! Thank you Jennifer

Cozy and easy beachfront stay.

I decided to get an oceanfront property while I was in town for the Rolex 24. It was a lovely place to lay down my head, 10 minutes from the track and close to good places to eat. I also loved waking up and seeing all the birds over the ocean on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

Right on the Ocean, only because of pool construction we had a 2 minute walk south to the public access. Construction didn't make a sound or impact views or enjoyment. In 8 days 0 bugs found. A.C. worked nice and everything was as described. Daytona beach was everything I was looking for. Will rebook in the future.

Overall the property was amazing! Close to all restaurant and shopping mall! My favorite part was the view of the beach! Very clean and nicely decorated! Would definitely recommend if your on vacation in the area

Short stay for a conference

Upon our arrival, we were concerned that the elevator and hallway had a significant smell, dirty, and had dark lighting but our room was nice and bright. Space was a bit dated but worked well for our needs. The owner was very responsive to questions and quick to offer solutions to any problems which was much appreciated. The view was beautiful, there is a lot of noise from the building next door. There is a convenient beach access with a shower station next to the building. Parking is nice and secure, security performs frequent rounds.
