Family getaway

This was such a great place to stay & unwind with our family. The location & view is wonderful. The top deck was my favorite place to spend my mornings.

Very nice interior and good location

We came for a long weekend and we had a great time in spite of the rain. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the house and the beaches and water were very clean and beautiful.

Had a blast. Accurate listing. Beautiful location for stunning sunsets. Keep in mind that hwy98 runs right in front of house so it can be noisy with trucks at night. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and very fresh and updated! I hate the beach but my family doesn’t so we had the best of both worlds short walk to the beach for them while I enjoyed the balcony views of the water!! Loved this place and will definitely rebook!

Fantastic view and lovely home!!

We LOVED our stay and truly felt we were LIVING THE DREAM each and every day! Sitting on the deck was our favorite party of each day! Views were fabulous! The decor of the home was top notch and would love to have every bit of it in my own home! Hope to come back soon!

Great Stay in Mexico Beach

This was a rental property that had just gone back on the market after new construction so we were the first renters. I was looking for something that we'd really enjoy for a full week in while we worked remotely. The house gave us incredibly easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the house itself. As you can see from the pics, the house is right on Hwy 98 but that's pretty standard for Mexico Beach homes. Very few are actually on the beach side. The traffic didn't bother us at all. The inside of the home is very nice with an open floor plan downstairs so whether cooking or watching TV everyone could spend time together. All new appliances. Plenty of cookware. Bedrooms were a nice size, all new bedding and walls seemed to drown out noise/tv from other rooms. Communication with rental company was outstanding, probably the best I've experienced. We enjoyed our experience so much, we've already booked again for a week this summer.

Very spacious and comfortable. I love all the natural light in this house and the view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the week of my son's wedding on the beach. Spent a lot of time visiting with family but there was room to have your own personal time too. Even when other guests were there. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and had more utensils and appliances than most of the places we have stayed before. The only downsides we found were that the water pressure in the showers is very low, the dryer is very squeaky, and the washer was moldy and smelled. It is a frontlaoder though which are known for the rubber ring smelling bad. However, everything did work and all the positives definitely outweighed the few minor negatives. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Enjoyed the quality time with our family. Ate lots of good food including what we cooked and the local restaurants in Mexico Beach! All sunshine while we were visiting which made the trip even better!!

Great week in Mexico Beach

This property met our expectations after reading reviews and descriptions and looking at the pictures. We spent the first couple of days weathering Tropical Storm Debby, but the open plan and porches made staying here with six little ones bearable. The kitchen was easy to manage - in fact, we cooked all but three meals for the week. The outdoor shower (with hot water) was nice to rinse off from the beach before coming through the house. We were already familiar with Mexico Beach and its family-friendly beach atmosphere. We left our canopy and chairs set up on the beach every time we came back to the house with no worries. Port St. Joe is only 10 minutes away if you need fast food or a grocery store or anything else quickly. And, Panama City is a 35-40 minute drive away for more touristy events. Our only issues were that the wi-fi was spotty all week - but I'm not at the beach to surf the web, so it wasn't a big deal - and that the upstairs bathroom still needed cleaning when we arrived. Neither of those things were enough to call the owner or affect our opinion of the property. Overall - great week and we will be back in hopes that this property is available!
