The space
Seashell Cottage has everything AND MORE!!!!! Just a quick 4 min drive to the closest beach access point, or a short bike ride (bikes are provided) to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine on the bike paths.

The coastal vibe of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is so relaxing. The open concept is perfect for gathering and the game room is perfect for a card game, board game, arcade match ups or foosball. The yard is fully fenced, has plenty of lounge areas and seating, game space for corn hole (provided), day or night swims and an OUTDOOR BAR/GRILL AREA!!!!!

Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.



Must be 25 to rent, no exceptions. Must have one person over the age of 25 for every 3 under (unless children traveling with families). Host may ask for age verification.
Guest access
Self check in with key pad. Code and check in instructions will be provided in separate messages.
There are two owners closets in the home that are off limits as well as the outdoor shed. The rest of the inside and outdoor oasis are all yours!
Other things to note
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

*POOL
The pool is heated March-November. Dec- Feb, due to the colder days/nights, the heater still wouldn't be enough to warm the water to swim temp.
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
The pool will be serviced at least once during your stay and is a necessity.-

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- Parties: We do NOT allow parties. If you have a special event or gathering request, we will consider each request on a case-by-case basis. If there is evidence that a non-approved party/gathering has been thrown, you will be assessed an extra cleaning fee up to $600.

- Visitors: We are perfectly fine with you having family or friends visit you during your stay. If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors who will NOT be spending the night, please let us know. At no point can there be more people at the property than the maximum house capacity listed. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.

- Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $600 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoking in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)

- Smoking Cigarettes: Strictly forbidden as mentioned above and is a $600 fee.

- We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint to us or VRBO you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.

- There is a $100 fine for each unapproved pet. Unapproved late checkout fee $100
