Super short walk to the beach. Condo has everything you need. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location with tons of walkable food options and right next to the beach. Bed was very comfortable and several pillow options provided was a plus. Only noticed a few touches needing updated in the bathroom (missing tiles, toilet paper holder) but everything was functional.

Great spot near the beach, lots for kids to do

My son and I had a great time playing in the ocean and hanging out at Belmont park. Great communication with the owner with some great advice about where to go and what to do!

Great location Magical Mission Beach

"Perfect Beach Getaway! Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient" Our stay at the Magical Mission Beach condo was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and the property manager's communication was excellent. Can't wait to come back

great little spot

We enjoyed our time in this great little spot. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample space for two adults to vacation in comfort. It was a little difficult to not have a parking space, but it is easy enough to find parking in the nearby public free lots or on the street. Thanks for a great time!

Good spot 50yds to beach

Everything looked new. Furniture was perfectly sized for the rental - Couch, tables, bedroom, etc. As with previous reviews, walls seemed thin and could hear other tenants, but not too distracting for us. This property is pretty far south of the noisy PB area. Very little traffic down here. Overall had a relaxing time and process was of check in and out were great. Would stay again.

Beautiful Little One-Bed Steps Away from the Sand

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The best part was the proximity to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for a couple enjoying their 10th anniversary! I would definitely consider staying here again. AC in living and bedroom, washer and dryer, king sized bed, and decent sized TVs in both rooms. The only downside I could find was lack of parking. I believe the same listing agent has two more in the same building that do have parking so if we were to stay again I'd definitely consider those first. All in all I would give it a high recommendation.

Best location, NO parking

We loved where we stayed. The online listing states that there is no designated parking. Sure no problem, we can find something. But it took my husband and myself 2, yes two hours to find a spot. You may think we are exaggerating but we are not. However, being steps away from the beach somehow took all those worries away. The place was clean, comfortable and was just what we needed for our little get away.

Great stay

The apartment was very well appointed and kitchen well stocked. Parking was an issue. There was no parking on the alley on which the property sits and the side street parking was minimal. The only parking was on the main road and at night it could be difficult to get. My only negative about the property itself was the rugs have seen better days. They could use a refresh. Loved that the property came with beach chairs!

Fantastic if you can find parking

This is a very nice unit only about 100 feet from Mission Beach. Perfect for a couple or a couple and one child. Outdoor shower a bonus. We expected this area could be a giant fraternity party during the high season (we were touring colleges), but the neighborhood was amazingly quiet. The big issue to be aware of is parking. This unit does not come with a parking space. The listing is clear on this, but you need to realize that you may be spending a lot of time looking for a parking space, in some cases as far as a 15 minute walk away if you're lucky. And take the no-parking and street sweeping warnings seriously. The best spot for parking is to go to the South Mission Beach parking area in the evening and find a spot, it's a nice walk back on the boardwalk. Enjoy!
