Cette unité est une façade non-golfe, rez-de-chaussée, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo (1200 pieds carrés) situé sur le côté du golfe de Gulf Boulevard à Indian Rocks Beach, dans un bâtiment privé bien entretenu avec 4 unités, 2 étages. Notre plage semi-privée est à quelques pas de cet appareil. Emballez vos chaises et parasol et vous êtes à pied pour une journée de détente à la plage. Passer votre temps de détente au soleil, aller pour une longue promenade, passer bombardements de temps et de nager dans le golfe du Mexique.

Piscine et bain à remous est ouvert pour tous nos clients à Sunset Paradise. Notre piscine et la terrasse, offre de nombreuses places assises, 2 grandes tables à manger avec un parapluie pour l'ombre ajoutée - ont chacune des chaises pour 6. Aussi disponible pour tous nos clients, est un barbecue pour les nuits vous sentir comme manger dans! Sunset Paradise est un endroit merveilleux pour passer du temps avec la famille et les amis ou juste pour 2. Notre complexe est bien entretenu et sécurisé. Notre unité ne donne pas sur le golfe, mais n'est qu'à quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage du complexe.

Condo est bien entretenu, mis à jour, et très confortable. Cuisine est bien équipée, très ouvert et spacieux. A la plupart des éléments que vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour, y compris grande cuisinière, micro-ondes, cafetière, etc. Grand salon et petite salle de lecture / lecture donnant sur votre propre patio privé, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et un grand parasol de 8 '. Les ventilateurs de plafond dans l'ensemble de l'unité et une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité. Cette unité dispose de 2 places de stationnement réservées (un luxe, comme le stationnement de la plage est une prime).

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une armoire et d'une télévision avec télécommande. La 2ème chambre a un grand lit avec une armoire et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux avec une commode et la 2ème salle de bain. Il y a 2 placards disponibles pendant votre séjour. Avec plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il y a beaucoup de place pour s'allonger et se détendre.

The check-in was super easy and the condo had everything that we could need for a getaway. We had Wi-Fi and parking was next to the unit. Access to the pool and the beach are right in front of the condo. There is a cute patio right outside the sliding glass doors where we enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and everyone enjoyed staying together in one place.

We had a great stay here, it was a great space and location. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work in one bedroom, and bathrooms (showers) were a little dated but overall we didn’t have any issues and would recommend it. Thank you!

Great Experience

This place is right on the beach, less than a minute walk to the beach from the unit making it easy with little ones. We loved having the option of the pool and the beach. Short walk to restaurants/coffee shops/convenient stores making this a great property. Cam was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.

As you may know, our community is still bouncing back from some significant weather events, and while we’ve made tremendous progress to be one of the first with a gleaming pool and area for guests to enjoy, there is always on-going upkeep and beautifying to stay fresh during Spring Break, our craziest season in Florida. We’re sorry to hear about the patio doors; thank you for bringing that to our attention. Property owner did not respond to my requests for check in info that was promised 3 days in advance. I had to call the help line 2 times to get the info late the night before our check in. As for the check-in info: ah, the suspense! For over 20 years, we've had a trusty system: the Welcoming Letter (complete with all the check-in details) goes out the evening before arrival. It used to be the day of, back when we waited for the final polish on the condo and a thumbs-up from housekeeping, but thanks to the magic of modern Wi-Fi locks, we’ve upgraded and now send it a little earlier. We totally get that trip planning can be hectic, so if it ever feels like you’re waiting too long, don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re always here and happy to help (even if the Welcome Letter is just fashionably late by design 😉). We loved our stay in IRB. Location was excellent. Convenient walk to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beach. Condo was spacious. Disappointed in cleanliness. This place needs a DEEP clean. We’re sorry to hear the deeper cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ve already shared your feedback with our cleaning team to review the thorough process to continually tweak and see where we can be better. February and March are always our busiest months with back-to-back Spring Break guests, so we typically schedule our deep cleans and woodwork touch-ups (including painting and upholstery refreshes) before and right after that wild season. We're in that process now and happily gearing up for a great Summer ahead. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and show you the polished version next time you're in town!

Love the location!

Location is awesome! Close to restaurants and stores. Cameron handled any problems we had quickly and efficiently! This was our second time there and we will be back again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed the week of July 4th, 2012. The condo was bigger than expected. Large patio area, on the ground floor which is perfect for kids! It's also right by public beach access for friends and family visiting. We would def rent this condo again:)
