Relax in this spacious, centrally located downtown Dayton home. You will enjoy short walks to several restaurants and bars. The home is perfect for your weekend getaway or business travel. Immerse yourself in this modern eclectic designed interior as you take in all of the best that Dayton has to offer.

This Townhouse is perfectly located near popular wedding venues, the Schuster Performing Arts center and Victoria Theatre, the Historic Oregon District, comedy clubs, music venues and much more.

The Litehouse block is well known for its row of colorful homes. The home is directly across the street from the Canal Street Deli, which offers arcade games, great food and good vibes. The Southern Belle is also across the street. There you can enjoy a cocktail and a round of pool on one of the four tables. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Some of our favorites are Jollity, Mudlick, and Sueno. If you want to have a really good cocktail swing by Tender Mercy, Century Bar or The Van Buren Room.

The townhouse is also a short walk to Riverscape Metropark. There you can take nice walks along the water, where you might get to see some river surfing or go ice skating (depending on the season).

Dayton airport is a short 16 min drive!

We loved everything about this spot. The host was so nice, it was easy to access the property, we had a great time with parking, and the space was so cool! Everyone in the family loved it.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. It was nice being able to park in the garage because the parking pad got tight, probably because of the holiday weekend. Check in and out was easy. Especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions because we left very early in the morning. The towels were really nice. Took a minute to get used to the open shower in the primary bathroom but it was actually fine. I will say the sun shines very bright in that primary room and could probably use a set of curtains and not just the blinds. We would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend in Dayton

Our stay in Dayton was great - and our house was the perfect place to prepare for the festivities as well as rest and relax in between events. Our host was extremely attentive and was available anytime we had a question. Would definitely rent again!

Great place, great location

Check in was super easy. Having a garage at a place close to downtown was a huge plus. Make sure to bring a Roku/fire stick if you want to use the tv. Hosts were nice and left a goody basket with chips and coffee pods!

Close to Schuster Center

Great stay for a short trip to see Handel's Messiah at Schuster Center. Convenient location, spacious, and clean. I liked the contemporary decor, kitchen, and bathrooms. Hosts communicated well!

Perfect!

Perfect location, perfect arrangement and very well appointed townhome. The home is very clean with nice towels and provided soaps and lotions. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Dayton.

Grandchildren's first visit to Dayton

The property was as advertised and suited the needs for their visit well. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable for everyone. Communications with the manager were excellent as well and much appreciated as we had a few questions along the way. The only things I would add is that it should be noted that it is 3 stories high with 2 steep staircases and if anyone has mobility issues that should be taken into consideration. Also probably not the best setup for young children as there is an opening in the wall of bedroom #2 that allows sound to travel up and into that space despite the door being closed. Otherwise it was a wonderful property and location and it fulfilled our needs. I would recommend it to others looking for a downtown/central place to stay.

Eclipse 2024

We did not spend a lot of time as traveling from Va to see the Eclipse at Armstrong Space Center. We did not have time to experience Dayton. More noise than anticipated at night but enjoyed the home as we relaxed after travel each day. Garage was a nice bonus. Thanks.
