Enjoy the beautiful unique view as you sip your morning coffee; and in the evening as the colorful lights shine from the pools and lazy river below. Sandpiper 607 within the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort has the best of both worlds. A short walk will take you to the gulf via the sky walk (beach service from March 1-October 31); or stay bayside to relax by the pools and lazy river. A board walk and fishing pier is available bay side. Exercise room (gulf side), several restaurants, Okaloosa Island fishing pier, and visitor's center are the few of the nearby/walking distance amenities. Situated between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, lots of restaurants and unique shopping close by. It's a great place to make memories with your family and friends!

Book your stay for 8 days or longer, online for February or March 2025 10% reduced rate. For reservations of 20 days or longer, please email to obtain updated rate discounts.

Unit includes main bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath. Other sleeping area is a bunk room with twin beds and a second bath with shower. Sofa makes into a queen size bed or is quite comfy sleeping on as a twin bed. An ottoman offers a more firm sleeping experience, twin size. Beach chairs and umbrella available for our winter guests inside the unit. Fitness center available to guests on gulf side and several walking/biking paths nearby. Beach service "complementary", available from March 1st through October 31st ($45 per day value added).

We have stay here every time we visit the area. Absolutely a great experience with the comfort of everything you need. Great property with lots of amenities. Love the beach chairs, balcony views, lazy river,so many pools to choose from, comfy beds, clean unit with everything you need.

Amazing view of the bay and pool. Lazy river was a hit. There is a small walk to the beach but it wasnt bad. Overall, we loved the area.

The property was good for our family. Lazy river was great for when we were tired of the sand. This unit could use some more cooking supplies. I packed thinking I would make some casseroles however there was not a dish to prepare and no steak knives to cut meat. Sliding door was hard to close. And it could use a deep clean if vents and ceiling fans.

There are/were 3 large glass dishes, with lids for casseroles, several stainless bowls for mixing. Also, there was a set of steak knives in the unit. If you would have shared that I would have had some delivered to you for your stay. Sorry those were not in the unit, will be checking on that personally soon!

My family really enjoyed our vacation at this property. The lazy river was a favorite and the unit was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be ongoing issues with the elevators and it was a bit of a hike to the beach but overall it was a good experience. There were good restaurants, shopping and entertainment near by that we took advantage of.

Happy you enjoyed! The garage on the gulf side is an option to reduce the walk, and I’ve provided a cooler on wheels to help with the walk.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. It's absolutely perfect. Easy to book, great communication from owner, fully stocked kitchen. It has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and all seating is cozy as well. Great patio furniture to read a book, take in the sights and enjoying the surroundings. The lazy river is awesome! Love all the pools and being able to wake up and walk on the beach to see the sunrise!

We enjoyed all the amenities this unit had to offer. Perfect accommodations for our family of 4. Definitely take advantage of the chair and umbrella rental at the beach that is included. Never had a problem getting chairs by the pool and we enjoyed the pool, lazy river and hot tubs.

We had an amazing time at this Sandpiper Destin West condo! We loved the location which is close to everything, plenty of shopping and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking out on the bay/ lazy river/pool area. Very family friendly resort and well kept.
