The space
This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The home has everything you will need to create fabulous vacation memories. With a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious linens and a huge backyard, this place is perfect for a large family and entertainment.
The home is a split floorplan, the master suite has the king bed, there is a queen bed in one room and the other features a single bed with a roll-a-way in the closet. The dining table seats up to 6 people. There is a small room at the back which can be an office or just a quiet space to relax and read. At the back door is a “mud room” there you will find a few items to better your stay. The home has be decorated with a likeness of cottage life and little vintage flare. There is a carport and large back yard with a grill (all the fixings provided). We have recently added a motion detector light to help you when you drive in at night. They are smart TVs affixed with an Amazon Fire sticks, don't forget your passwords.
The home is close to a ton of fun adventures!!. You will find a charming little park and fishing pond just a short walk from the house. The home is 20 mins from the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. Blue Springs State Park is a local gem. In the summer you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking/canoeing, tubing & etc in the cool clear natural spring. In the winter months the manatees migrate up to the spring setting new records each year. DeLand is known by sky diving enthusiasts all over the world, the home is within mins of the municipal airport.

Other things to note
Please no pets but across the street you can board your dog.
Please no smoking in the home.
The home is on a well and septic system. At about 3am nightly the water pumping system will rejuvenate and the water pressure will be low.
