Bord de mer 1bd Condo-grand balcon en regardant directement Ă  la plage

Profitez du lever du soleil sur la plage et regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues du matin. Dans l'aprĂšs-midi, le coucher du soleil sur toute l'Ăźle Ă  partir de votre balcon au 9Ăšme Ă©tage.

La chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec un nouveau matelas à oreiller ferme recouverte de draps en coton égyptien. Le lit est légÚrement surélevé pour sous le lit de stockage de bagages. Dans le salon, profiter d'un canapé-lit, un futon Queen et un futon. La grande cuisine est entiÚrement équipée.

*** Remodel Mars 2014- L'unité entiÚre a été peinte; plafond et les murs. 5 nouvelles appliques murales ont été ajoutés à la salle de séjour et chambre à coucher et la lumiÚre de la cuisine a été mis à niveau. Le mobilier des chambres a été remplacé avec mobilier de plage de sable blanc. Il semble merveilleux et sent bon.

Note: Depuis 04/20/20156, Patricia Chapa, mon gestionnaire immobilier se déplace au Japon avec sa famille. Son mari prend une position là-bas et nous sommes trÚs heureux pour elle. Cathy Ramos reprend pour Patricia et nous savons qu'elle fera un excellent travail aussi. L'adresse postale pour les dépÎts sera en train de changer, si bien que chercher un email avec la nouvelle adresse. J'espÚre que cela ne cause pas trop de confusion.

We have stayed here several times and each time we leave with no complaints. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing as well as having access to the beach immediately after stepping out of the garage. We booked our next vacation before this one even ended and are already looking forward to coming back to our little home away from home.

I absolutely loved my stay at this one-bedroom beachfront condo! The view was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise right from the balcony felt like a dream. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t wait to come back again!

Another amazing vacation has come and gone and we have already booked our return trip in October. As usual everything in the condo was perfect the balcony being our favorite place to watch the sunrise in the morning and listen to the waves before heading to bed. We have been coming here for several years now and will continue as we absolutely love this place.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed escaping stormy weather in North TX for some beach time. There was a continuous breeze which made it pleasant. We enjoyed our beach walks and bird watching time. Our dog enjoyed catching his frisbee in the surf. There was some seaweed and a few jellyfish to watch for.. the condo was clean and has a marvelous view.

Perfect beach vacation!

We love this condo - this was our second year staying here. The view of the ocean, access to the beach, proximity to the bird & turtle sanctuary, all incredible benefits. The parking garage with guaranteed parking makes travel to multiple restaurants easy. The tidy in-house kitchen and near-by Blue Marlin market make eating in a delightful option. Thank you again to our very helpful host! We will likely return again next year.

Nice beach trip

The check in process was easy, as was parking. There are two elevators to make it simple to get to the condo. We were on the beach in no time with the beach access. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The condo could use some paint/updating, but we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed at the end of August and the Beache & location was awesome. The beaches, condo and town were everything and more of what we expected - definitely going to go back. For only being a one bedroom the Condo has a great layout which provides plenty of room for a mid-size family or a couple couples. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

most amazing balcony ever

Love the property and the security that comes with it. Very well lit for those walks home from the Wana Wana which is not far. Pools and hot tubs amazing. Staff is exceptional

Outstanding beach stay

Bright, homey & very comfortable condo. Entire building shows its age and wear from being right on the beach but all appliances work great, shower was great, bed & furniture - indoor & out - all very comfortable. Can't beat the view. We love this spot.

We live on South Padre Island full time enjoying the surf and kite boarding. When w4e started coming to SPI, we have lived in this condo in the winter and added the little things that make it more comfortable like a place to hang your keys when you come in the door and extra hooks in the bathroom for wet swim suits. All the paintings have beach themes to add to the island feel too. We live two block away from the condo now so can respond quickly if you need anything during your stay. We can often be seen kiteboarding in front of the condo after work.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

South Padre Island has the island feel yet is convenient to get to. Its as far south as you can get in the west. It has the largest balconies on the island. All of them look directly at the water. You can play directly out from your condo and if you drop a penny over the balcony, it will land in the beach sand!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The sunrises and sunsets from the 9th floor are amazing. Being slightly higher and look down, you can see the dolphin in the water that you can't see from the lower floors.
