Welcome to The Abiding Vine, a stylish and spacious coastal retreat in the heart of Windmark Beach. When you vacation at The Abiding Vine, you'll love the provided golf cart, three bicycles, and an electric-assist adult tricycle. Explore four miles of beachfront paved biking/walking paths, and fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared pool, playground, and Windmark Town Center. Here you'll find Bruno's Pizza, The Mill Mercantile & Social which features a full bar, alcohol available for purchase, staple grocery items, a coffee bar, ice cream bar, and sweet shop, Rest & Relax Outfitters (for family bike rentals, paddle boards, kayaks, solo stoves, etc.) No boats are allowed on the property.

The interior is bright and welcoming, with coffered ceilings, comfortable furniture, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV in the living room. You'll find beautiful décor and floors throughout, and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out in. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Duo machine, and everything you could possibly need for creating favorite recipes. A center prep island doubles as a breakfast bar. Gather at the dining table, or take your plates out to the furnished patio for alfresco meals. The main bedroom boasts a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and an office space furnished with a work desk, a monitor, and a chair. High-speed WiFi is provided. The outdoor shower will spritz the sand away after beach adventures, and the washer/dryer will knock out everyone's beachy laundry in no time. Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home nice and cool during those hot summer months, while kid-friendly extras like a high chair, Pack 'n Play, and board/card games add convenience.

Pool -North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
