This fully walled/gated tropical paradise boasts a private 26' pool, high-speed wifi, and smart TVs in both the indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

Though there are many walkable restaurant options, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for up to eight people, including great appliances like a rice cooker, blender, griddle, and kettle. The home also features an outdoor grill station, outdoor kitchen sink, Bbq utensils, and a truly Costa Rican 10' long Guanacaste wood dining table.



This bright and airy beach getaway sleeps eight people, complete with two principal king bedrooms with built-in desks, safes, en suite bathrooms, and walkouts to the back yard. The queen and twin rooms share the third indoor bathroom, while all four bedrooms offer a/c, new mattresses and ample closet space with stunning Costa Rican teak doors. You'll also find an outdoor half bath, shower, and foot tap. You can wash and dry your clothes in no time with the large washer and dryer units, and then relax by the pool without a care.



No need for a car to explore Surfside, but if you have one, you can park it safely behind the casa's remote-controlled gates. There is enough space for two cars and a golf cart.



Casa Marzo is ideally situated for discovering the region’s many beautiful beaches. Just around the corner lies Playa Potrero, known for its calm waters and relaxed beach bars. For those who enjoy a scenic stroll, the white sands of Playa Penca and Playa Flamingo are also within walking distance. A short drive north will take you to the picturesque shores of Playas Azúcar, Prieta, Danta, and Dantita.

Heading south, you’ll find Playa Tamarindo—famous for its lively nightlife and gentle waves, perfect for beginner surfers. While Playa Grande’s expansive, captivating coastline awaits experienced surfers seeking the perfect ride.
