Relax, reconnect, and make beach memories at Tide The Knot, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 4th floor of the beautiful Waterside Village community in Mexico Beach. Perfect for families and small groups, this peaceful coastal escape offers the largest pool in town, modern amenities, and easy beach access — all in a serene, gated neighborhood.

Step inside and feel the coastal charm. The open living area is filled with natural light, featuring a plush queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six for family meals or board-game nights.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need — stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all cookware, utensils, and small appliances (including a dual Keurig/regular coffee maker). Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a beach day or a relaxed dinner, this kitchen makes it easy.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice unit on 4th floor with pool,canal and ocean view! Was quiet and furniture was comfortable.Loved it that gulf was only a block away and also Marley’s restaurant. Had a great time there would definitely rent the same unit again!

With door somewhat new to us, it took a couple of tries, even the oldest granddaughter figured it out.

I liked we were able to walk through the parking lot to the elevator, if one of the girls left something in the room upstairs, she could navigate herself and back to the elevator to the pool. First experience for them was the beach, we did a flashlight hunt for seashells and the had a blast. The place we got treasures from, we had to make a Walmart run for food and pantry stuff..............the sit-down place just down the street from was a sports bar, with is fine, my dinner was awful, the owner was rude, so we paid the check and left . All in all was nice, spacious, just enough that we were not bumping each other. De-Cal really does need to be put on the sliding door. Thanks for giving my granddaughters their first time at the Beach, but true be told, it was the pool that sold them, they are like little mermaids. Janet Middleton.

Tide the Knot was a nice quiet place to stay. Only a short walk to the beach and very nice pool on site. We were pleasantly suprised at the friendly atmosphere. will return!

Immaculate and Fun-Filled!

We had a great time! The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. I felt immediately at ease in the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures. It was just a short walk to the sandy shores, and I found myself frequently strolling down to witness the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The convenience of being so close to the beach allowed me to maximize my time in the sun and enjoy the calming sound of the waves. I can't wait to return and relive the magic of this wonderful retreat!

Great Time!

My recent stay at Waterside Village was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The community's ambiance was warm and inviting, and the amenities were top-notch. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the pool area. The fun and laughter I experienced with my family and friends while lounging by the pool will be cherished forever. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and had the perfect temperature to beat the summer heat. The kids had an absolute blast splashing around, and I found myself completely relaxed on the comfortable poolside loungers. Speaking of the condo, it was simply wonderful. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, as we enjoyed preparing some of our meals and dining on the balcony while enjoying the views of the surrounding nature.
