Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu. High Speed Internet access is available many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop, a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite near parking deck; giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

Panama City Beach is a favorite destination for those who have been vacationing here for generations. Once you’ve set foot on our white sand beaches, swam in our beautiful water, and soaked up the sun, it’s only natural to fall in love.

We had a great stay in this unit. We couldnt have asked for a better place. The property owner reached out multiple times prior and during the stay to ensure that everything was going well.The room has been ipdated since the pictures were taken and it looks great.

The stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and furniture was great. The property has overall was fantastic. I have 1 suggestion for the unit. The kitchen is not well stocked. The silverware is lacking (had to buy plastic spoons), and the unit really needs kid friendly cups and a tea pitcher aka margarita pitcher!

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time, unit was clean and as described. The resort was great and was perfect for a vacation with small kids. The master bed has a mattress topper on it and I would highly recommend getting deep pocket sheets because with the slightest movements the sheets come off the corners of the bed (this is our only Complaint). Communication was great, getting to the unit and the access was easy. Would stay here again.

Amazing trip!

This condo is located in the middle of all the fun! It was perfect for our two small children (9mths and 2.5 years old). The pools have welcomed shaded areas and the onsite cafe is reasonably priced. The beach chairs included were a really nice touch. Extremely kid friendly condo with no breakables in reach and A high chair and pack and play provided in the room. Would 100% stay again. RES-27064

The condo was nice and clean with ample communication from the rental company. It looked as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. A couple items would make this a 5-star stay. The dishwasher needs mounted to the counter. It would pull out from the wall when we opened it. Nightlights are needed in the bathrooms. The smoke alarms went off anytime we opened the oven door so we had to have some stand under the alarm and fan it so it wouldn’t go off. There needs to be more seating on the balcony. There are only two chairs and a small bench for toddlers. Overall, it was a good bargain for the price.

This condo was perfect for our week at the beach with two adults and two toddlers. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy. I would gladly come back to this resort and unit again.

We enjoyed our time At Splash Resort. We can In during a Hurricane just south. Four Star was great to keep us updated on what to expect. Our room was exactly as advertised. Everyone was pleased with the beds and slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed. A+ rating we would stay here again

Love the apartment. Couldn’t find tv remote for living room. Someone told us living room and bedroom worked both tvs. Found it under bed when we were leaving. Still great time.

Splash resort

The property was not clean! When we arrive there is a ton of sand in the spare bathroom. One of the bunk beds didn’t have sheets on it they were shoved under the covers and the comforter was made over it. The master bedroom bed had sand in the bed. I asked the property manager some questions before my anrrival and his responses were rude and uninformative. There are a lot of chairs in front of the condo so if you want to set up a tent there is very minimal space to do so unless you are ok with putting it behind 3 rows of beach chairs.

Thanks for booking with us. I hate to hear that you ran into a cleaning issue during your stay. I wish you would've given our office a call right away to report the issue. We would've sent our cleaning manager down with the cleaner to address any issues that you found. Our office is open 7 days a week and even have an after-hours line for emergencies. I hate to hear that the beach chairs were an issue for you as well. To the sides of the rows of beach chairs, there is plenty of room for whatever type of personal beach chairs and umbrella/canopy setup that you have. I wish we would've been given an opportunity to address your concerns. Best of luck in your future travels.

Just Ok

We stayed in this unit for six nights with our two kids, ages 4 and 8. The condo building, as expected, was older, we were disappointed to find the advertised amenities like the coffee/ice cream shop, arcade, & restaurant were not open. The gym had minimal equipment, and the parking pass policy was changed without notice to per car instead of per unit. While most pools were heated to 78°, the kids was freezing. In our specific unit, the air conditioner was not working. Four Star was good at communicating and provided fans since the back room had no airflow. The issue was not resolved during our stay. It wasn’t super hot out, so we could open the doors, but there were no screens on the sliding doors, so we had some birds visit our room. Between air conditioning repairs, water heater repairs, housekeeping showing up on the wrong day as well as on the day of checkout, the keypad code changed an hour before the check out time, almost locking us out without our luggage. All minor inconveniences but added up to not make the most relaxing stay. We did notify Four Star, but we received no compensation for the inconveniences. I understand things happen that are out of anyone’s control but we were more disappointed by the advertised amenities that were not open those were big reasons we booked this location.
