Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Amphitheater.

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Dog friendly with a fee but service animals are always welcome! The house was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with all the utensils needed. The location was conveniently located near the fair grounds, the Hard Rock, and Busch Gardens.

The host and the home were very accommodating. It’s very close to the Tampa hard rock hotel, and the Fairgrounds. Although the neighborhood was not the best, we felt safe.

Clean. Some saybit may not be in the beat neighborhood. There was absolutely no problems. People were friendly and we felt 100% safe. I would stay again. Down side one shower but we had no issues with hot water with the 5 of us. My granddaughter enjoyed the ducks that liked to hang out on the properry.

What a cute property and talk about location. It is so close to everything. We travelled there for my daughter's graduation. Excellent property. Very clean and central. Communication with the host was excellent. Might need new knives forks etc. But we loved the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Tampa area. A

Stayed to visit my boyfriend for the week and it was the best stay I could have asked for! Numerous appliances and dishes for cooking and washing machines for laundry at the end of the trip! It was the perfect little stay and I appreciate the hosts for letting us stay!

We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. The location was PERFECT! Easy in and out. The house was spacious and clean with awesome touches to music. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for an event going on at the convention center and the house was only 20 minutes away. It was way more cost effective than staying in a hotel, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Cute place!!

My friends and I chose this place because it was so close to the amphitheater where we were seeing a concert. The house was adorable, clean, and each room is decorated with music memorabilia! We totally will stay here again!

Convenient and Cozy

This house was perfect for our trip. My adult son and I and one of his friends were in town for concerts and the theme of this house really put us in the right mindset. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and sizable, the extra half bath was helpful. If you are looking for a fun house, with a musical theme, close to highways and quiet, this is a good choice. The owner was very accommodating and quite responsive. The neighborhood ducks were a nice touch.

A Rockstar Rental

This was such an incredible find! The house is so well decorated with a music theme throughout and just an awesome vibe overall. I feel the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfy and all amenities provided were nice. Maria was super communicative throughout the entire time from when we booked to check-in. We didn’t face any issues at all. Such a short drive to the Amphitheater if you’re going to see a show there
and a close drive to clubs and bars if you are looking for an after party. I will definitely rent this amazing house again if we are in the area for another show. Oh, and the welcome binder is a nice touch and great tips on places to go and eat at as well. 5 stars! Thank you!!!
