Welcome to The Tenth Wave, Unit 1, your newly renovated 1-bedroom escape just 100 yards from Jacksonville Beach sand. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic oceanside retreat with the convenience of downtown dining at your doorstep.

This ground-floor apartment features a queen bed with premium linens, full bathroom with luxury toiletries, and an open living space with smart TV streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything for preparing meals, plus we stock coffee, tea, and pantry basics so you can settle in immediately.

Step outside to dedicated parking for one car, then walk 2 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos or Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and gourmet pizza. The newly renovated space puts you in the heart of Jacksonville Beach's restaurant scene while staying quiet enough for peaceful mornings.

You're an 8-minute stroll to the iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier for sunrise fishing or sunset views, and a 3-minute drive to TacoLu for their legendary fish tacos and tequila selection. Beaches Town Center shopping and dining is just 5 minutes by car when you want more options.

Unit 1

Bathroom could use an electrical outlet. A dresser in the bedroom a a we had no where to put our clothes. Also had a few roaches.

Easter holiday to see my grand babies.

The check-in process was super easy. The unit was clean. There was some sand on the bed sheets and may have been from transfer. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The neighbors were all so friendly! The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced as it kept falling down. Other than that, it was perfect for us! Thank you for the wonderful visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
