Bienvenue à votre escapade Rehoboth Beach! En entrant dans ce condo 2 chambres, vous remarquerez l’attention du propriétaire aux détails qui rendra votre séjour agréable. Le plan d'étage ouvert, accentuée par 18 'tuile et de 9 pieds. plafonds, dispose d'une grande cuisine en granit et inox avec une île et tabourets de bar. Kitchen Ce cuisinier a été équipé avec cuisine de qualité ustensiles de cuisine et articles de bar pour profiter de vos repas préférés. Profitez de votre café du matin ou le soir cocktail sur le balcon. Après une journée à la plage, détendez-vous sur la grande section et écoutez vos émissions préférées ou des DVD sur votre téléviseur haute définition 42 pouces avec le câble Comcast étendu et des chaînes premium, ou écoutez de la bonne musique sur un lecteur iPod / CD / USB de haute qualité.

La Master Suite est décorée avec goût dans des couleurs de spa et dispose d'un lit king-size et Master Bath. La 2ème chambre dispose de lits jumeaux, de la télévision et salle de bain.

Cette communauté sereine propose deux piscines, un court de tennis, terrain de basket, aire de jeux, centre de fitness et ascenseurs. L'emplacement de ce condo est idéal étant sur le côté de l'océan de Rt. 1 et environ 1 mile de la plage et du centre ville Rehoboth. Situé en face de la rue du Breakwater Junction Point de départ, ce est un rêve de Walker avec accès à Lewes, Rehoboth, la plage et même quelques-uns des points de vente de motard ou. Il est possible d’accéder à de nombreux points de vente au détail sans se déplacer sur la très fréquentée Route 1, ce qui permet d’économiser un temps précieux pour la plage et d’autres activités.

Everything about this place was amazing from the check in to the cleanliness to the amazingly responsive owners was awesome! This place was exactly as presented. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes on the trails, walking to the park and for breakfast. The pool and pickleball court were great. A short drive to the beach was perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed at this new condo recently for a family vacation, and we loved it. It was very spacious and found the condo to be beautifully decorated and very convenient. My son loved the playground and the pool. It was a short drive to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants downtown. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect and is fully stocked, organized, and clean. Everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen is there and in good working order. The location is wonderful - as you do not need to go out to route 1 to get to the beach. Also, it is directly across from the pool and the fitness center. We absolutely love it here!

The condo was exceptional. It had all the necessities that we needed. It was very comfortable, clean, and organized. Excellent Location For a Beach Getaway!

The owners were very thorough and timely in providing all of the needed information. The property is newer and extremely well kept and clean. Decorations are all tasteful and nothing is cluttered. Located directly across the street from the swimming pool and clubhouse is a massive bonus! Also being located on the Rehoboth side of the highway means very fast and easy access to downtown without having to drive on the highway. Highly recommended and one of the best places we’ve stayed over the years. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Nice quiet modern community Close to everything you need

The process of renting was smooth. Only disappointment was we came during Covid and the pool was closed. We asked the owner the question about the opening of the pool and we did not get an answer until after our bookin was processed. Would have liked to get an answer before we booked. Overall great experience and great place to stay!

Beautifully appointed condo

Our 4 night stay in this lovely condo was perfect! It was the most comfortable and beautifully appointed place we have ever stayed in Rehoboth. The owners had available to us all the comforts of home and more. Any questions we had about recommendations, etc were answered quickly. The main living area and 2 bedrooms were roomy. We love porches and theirs did not disappoint with high back chairs and even a high top table and matching chairs to sit at and enjoy a meal. If you are looking for a relaxing get- away in an environment next to the Breakwater Junction trail and close to downtown Rehoboth, this is the place!

The condo was in a perfect location for our first trip to Rehoboth Beach. The well stocked kitchen rivaled my own. Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, light and bright. We had a great time in Rehoboth, our condo was in a great location, very clean & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was like new & had everything we could possibly need for our visit. Beth & Tom are Delaware residents who have been frequent visitors to Rehoboth Beach for many years. There are several reasons why Rehoboth has become ourfavorite getaway. The Delaware beaches that are part of the state park system are undeveloped and have a natural beauty that we have come to love. Rehoboth offers so much more than the typical beach town. It has become a culinary destination that rivals big city cuisine, but yet remains a small, walkable town. We have enjoyed grazing around town and sampling the amazing menus any time of the year. Bike riding is a pleasure here whether it is through old, established neighborhoods or on the newly constructed bike path to Lewes. Lastly, the shopping is abundant with numerous Rt. 1 outlets as well as unique boutiques in downtown Rehoboth.
