This clean, uncluttered and carefully curated two story sanctuary boasts two viewing decks, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and an open living area with wall-to-wall windows, so you can survey the majesty of the Ouachita Valley from every room. In the fall it is a great vantage point to take in the brilliant colors of the leaves changing in the surrounding Ouachita Mountains.

There is a grill, fire pit, and you can look out on Lake Hamilton and the whole valley from our hot tub that accommodates 6 people. We make sure our hot tub is cleaned for every guest. The climate on Mount Riante is cooler than the valley and there is almost always a nice breeze.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths, there is a designated office space in the bunk room, a ground floor patio and an upstairs balcony of which two bedrooms have private access. There is space to comfortably accommodate 8 people, but 9 people can enjoy it well if you have an adventurous soul willing to sleep on our designer leather sectional. Every bedroom has its own HD 4K smart TV.

A chef-worthy open kitchen awaits your culinary prowess with stainless steel appliances, large Instant Pot/Air Fryer, blender, waffle maker and much more.

The living spaces display the works of artisans who have been inspired by the beauty of the region. These touches complement the contemporary decor with hints of mid-century style.

To accommodate guests with all different types of sensitivities we have tried to create an allergen-friendly environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home and the HVAC is equipped with an ionizer.

The two levels of outdoor decks are equipped with a plethora of relaxation options in addition to the furniture including lounge chairs, hammocks and yoga mats. The downstairs patio is equipped with a stainless steel propane grill with propane provided. We have a cornhole set, Giant Jenga, binoculars, and many board games stocked for your family to enjoy.

We have a picnic table and a large stone fire pit. Please remember to bring your own firewood.

The bottom deck has Dining Table, grill and a Master Spa Bar Harbor 5 Person Hot Tub.

There is a chef's kitchen, living room, bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms on the first floor. There is also the hot tub, grill and fire-pit. However 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the top deck must be accessed by stairs to which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Your safety matters. This property features a Nest Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

It is a short but steep winding drive that gets you to the house and its glorious views. If you are towing something and you have concerns please contact us before arrival. Hot Springs does have rare winter storms. If Mount Riante gets enough ice and snow you could become stuck at the house for a short amount of time. Please check the weather before your stay, feel free to contact us if you are concerned and plan accordingly.

There is a well-sized fire pit with 5 adirondack chairs. If you would like to have a fire, you are responsible for purchasing your own firewood and kindling prior to arrival. They sell bundles at Harps Grocery five minutes (2.6 miles) away.
