Cancellation Policy

We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required

For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..

Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.

Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

Pet Policy

We are a dog-friendly property.
Eligible Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome.Please pick up after your pet and dispose properly in trash cans. Please note that additional fees may apply for multiple dogs.
Ineligible Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, cats are strictly prohibited on the premises.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all individuals utilizing the space.


Guest have access to entire house except a small storage area and the garage has my personal belongings in it.

Primary Suite: 1 Olympic Queen bed (extra spacious) with premium linens.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with garden views.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, ideal for teens or colleagues.

Please note: Due to the historic nature and antique furnishings of the home, the space is best suited for adults and families with older children.

While a personal vehicle is the best transportation option, guests will also find convenient access to nearby bus lines, Uber, and other rideshare services.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy, while the private, fenced backyard with covered pergola offers a peaceful place to unwind. Free parking and quick access to downtown shops, restaurants, museums, and entertainment add everyday convenience.

The home features original hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, and a cozy gas fireplace. It is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay.

Guest Verification and Fees
The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay.

Additional details:
Pet-friendly (dogs only): $150 per stay for one dog; additional fees may apply to more than 1 dog.
No cats due to severe owner allergies

Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.

Same-day bookings welcome (8 AM–6 PM); refundable $200 security deposit may be required for last-minute reservations

Your reservation includes a professional cleaning and fresh linen service at check-out. If you would like additional housekeeping, cleaning, or linen changes during your stay, we would be happy to arrange them based on our cleaner's availability and applicable service rates.
