Cette unité de coin avant du golfe direct a 2 chambres / 2 bains et est une construction plus récente construite en 2004. L'unité est également joliment meublée avec un décor de style Key West. De plus, nous fournissons des chaises de plage, un parasol, un stylo de jeu et quelques autres articles pour que vous n'ayez pas à emporter de bagages supplémentaires. Ce condo est sous de nouvelles gestions et les propriétaires sont impatients de vous faire profiter de cette location de vacances joliment aménagée qu'ils traitent comme la leur.

Beautiful view, super clean, and bigger than expected

We LOVED our stay. This 2/2 felt spacious and our west-facing balcony was perfectly positioned for sunsets. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Beach condo

We decided to vacation at this condo again for Christmas everything was clean the pool and hot tub were warm!! Staying at the same condo for the third time in March! Love the sunsets!

We couldn't have had a better view of the beach. Location was great and the condo was just PERFECT along with the pool, hot tub and close proximity to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the decor was super nice. Minor issue was the people above us that sounded like a herd of elephants walking around but nothing too serious to complain about.We had a small problem with not receiving email directions on checking in before we left, however, Hilda was able to help. She didn't mind all of the text messages to obtain info.We would LOVE to come stay again in this condo!

Nice beach trip

The condo was a great size for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. The building is small, less then 20 units was nice when trying to social distance. Easy access to the beach, nice pool. Overall clean. Would have licked a nicer vacuum to clean up the floors everyday. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful beach location

Everything was great except we were woken up every night at 1:00am in the queen bedroom with a noise that sounded like a drill coming the air conditioner/ water heater closet. The noise went off twice within a couple of seconds apart with flash of light each time. It was very annoying. Also, the patio door didn’t slide very well, it was hard to open. Everything else was wonderful fully stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances, all cooking pans were very nice.

Beauty amongst the destruction

Is was sad to see first hand all the damage of the recent hurricanes. This property has recover nicely. It's a small complex of about 15 unit, and less than half were rented during our stay, which gave us plenty of space at the pool/spa. the location was perfect for us. there are bar/restaurants in walking distance ( 3-4 blocks) The beach was clean. And the sunsets were beautiful. The unit has a different than typical layout with both bedrooms in the back of the property, giving the living space a larger view of the Gulf. The unit is somewhat dated in its decor, as you can see in the photos, but there were recent upgrades like new deck furniture, some kitchen wears, appliances, large TV in living rm. The unit was cleaner than the typical rental, which I appreciated. There is a storage locker in the parking area with several chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and sand toys, coolers in the closets. Over all very pleasant. There are a few inconveniences like no hooks in the bathroom (only 2 towel bars) no shelves in master bath for toiletries, and no counter space on the small vanity. The king bed was rather firm, ( in my opinion) and I guess the mechanical in the second bedrm closet was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. For some reason we never received our "check-in" information from VRBO and took a few calls to get lock codes and wifi, but management was prompt in there responses. Over all we very much enjoyed out stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Very nice condo.

This condo was very clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the lanai and the ocean views. The only thing I would suggest is to have a larger television in the living room. I also really liked how the condo was literally just a few steps to the beach.

Would do it again.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Beach access was best that we have experienced. The pool was clean and never overcrowded. We had trouble with the icemaker so we bought ice. We would have liked to have access to the storage area in the garage, but we were not provided with a combination to the lock. Others had keys to their storage area and were able to store tents and beach toys overnight.

Everything 5 stars. Only one issue- needs new refrigerator or fix severe leaking water from freezer… makes no ice However Hilda and Becca were very responsive in their response to our problem. Great Experience!!!

Loved Our Stay at Ocean Way!

This property is very well maintained. The condo was clean and spacious -- the balcony and view were a dream. Having a corner condo is great because of all the extra lighting from side windows. Rooms were roomy! We had some issues with ice-maker, but management took care of it readily.

Awesome!!!

The condo was clean, spacious, and right on the beach. The ocean view was fabulous from the kitchen, living room, and the patio. The pool and beach were easily accessible and neither were crowded. Overall, our experience was awesome!

Beach Get-Away

This property did not disappoint! Clean and great view and easy direct access to pool and beach. The elevator was a plus. Pool could use a shaded area but otherwise all good! This was our first time to IRB and we loved the laid back atmosphere and quick access to Clearwater and surrounding areas.
