Cette belle maison de plage peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes et se trouve à quelques minutes des destinations de vacances les plus souhaitables!

À seulement 45 minutes de DISNEY WORLD et de l'aéroport d'Orlando! CAPE CANAVERAL, Casino Cruises et Disney Cruise Ships ne sont qu'à quelques minutes!

À l'intérieur de cette maison de plage est 2400 SQ. FT. de surface habitable avec 3 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bains, mezzanine et cour clôturée. Il est également à quelques pas des sables de Cocoa Beach et à quelques pas de la célèbre COCOA BEACH PIER, que vous pouvez voir au bout de notre rue!

Fine Dining and Shopping est facilement accessible à pied. Il y a plein de bons restaurants à choisir!

Une fois que vous ouvrez la porte de votre maison de plage, vous vous sentez immédiatement chez vous. Le plan d'étage ouvert, les hauts plafonds et la belle décoration sont tellement accueillants!

Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges avec des canapés confortables et d'une télévision connectée 4K 65 pouces pour regarder des films ou naviguer sur Internet. Il y a plein de jeux familiaux à jouer ou de livres à lire.

Entrez dans la cuisine bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, un immense îlot avec des tabourets pivotants et de nombreux sièges.

Il y a une 1/2 salle de bain au premier étage, qui est d'une propreté éclatante!

Montez les escaliers en bois jusqu'au deuxième étage qui abrite une mezzanine avec un futon qui peut accueillir deux personnes, une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse surdimensionnées et une salle de bain complète.

La chambre principale est privée, spacieuse et joliment décorée! Il dispose d'une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi pour deux, douche de stalle et TV à écran plat 55 pouces. Il a des portes françaises qui mènent à un balcon couvert. Profitez de matins calmes avec votre café en regardant le soleil se lever ou savourez un repas.

La deuxième chambre est spacieuse, joliment décorée avec une télévision à écran plat.

La troisième chambre a un lit double et deux lits jumeaux, un immense placard et une télévision.
Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, joliment décorées avec des ventilateurs de plafond et T. V. 's.

La maison est à 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage avec une cour clôturée.

Super clean, neat and organized. Only thing I wish was different is some better outdoor seating and games. Also there was no grill as listed.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and near so many things. We love that it is so close to the beach and the beach was not packed and it felt like we had it to ourselves. This is our second time staying at this house and the second time was just as good as the first. The owners are so nice and answer our questions or concerns in a timely matter. If you are ever staying at Cocoa Beach, this house is the place to stay.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, AND the beach! The use of beach chairs, etc from the garage was a big plus. House was clean, well-stocked, all good! Easy to access and good communication from the host.

Clean house with plenty of room for 10, however no outside patio table or chairs to enjoy the outdoors with grandkids, wish there would have been outdoor games for grandkids play with.

This was a great house for our family while we were in town for a USSSA tournament. We wanted to be close to the beach, yet have a clean route to the Space Coast Complex for games- it was perfect!We will definitely book this house again next summer if our son plays one of the tournaments. This property is a must stay! It was very conveniently located, walking distance to all needed items. The home is well taken care of. The only issue with this property was when it rained the street flooded and you couldn't drive your car through but it did clear up within an hour. I will definitely use this again.Thanks so much!

Amazing Location and beautiful house!

Great place close to the beach!

We had a fantastic experience. Property location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach (beach essentials included - such as umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc!). Kids had a blast. Friendly host!

stay by the Beach

Nicely situated by the beach. Very spacious and comfortable house. Lots of amenities. Unfortunately one of the neighbors attached to building were very noisy several evenings in a row.

Perfect for our needs

Well-stocked for beach fun, clean and plenty of seating in the living room area. The kids were impressed by the labeled light switches, there were plenty of blankets, towels and dishware. Perfect for our few days of fun after being in hectic Orlando.

Two of our favorite places to vacation are on the beaches and Disney World. We purchased this home so we could enjoy both of these great vacation spots. It's the perfect location, 1/2 block to the beach and 45 minute drive to Disney World.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

With so many things to do in the area, you will never be bored. Disney World is just 45 minutes away. Charter Fishing boats leave right from Cape Canaveral which is 1/2 mile away. Great restaurants that sit on the water that serve delicious food and live entertainment. The beach access is at the end of our street. The home is located on a very nice and quiet street.

The location of the house is perfect!! It is walking distance to food stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Cocoa Beach Pier, Mini-Golf, Wine and Spirit Stores, Rental Cars, Convenient Stores, Bait and Tackle Shops. The access to the beach is at the end of our street. I love waking up early to head to Disney World and ending the day relaxing at the beach. Quiet mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. Grabbing my book and heading to the beach and watching the kids smiling as they head off to fish.
