The decor and furnishings are very nice. And the view is spectacular. But…The room could have been cleaner. There was dust everywhere on ceilings and walls. The sheets had stains on them. No towel rack in the bathroom. All in all though it was very nice. We had a great time and would go back again.

The condo upon arrival was not very clean as far as sand on the floors and dusty dirty corners - but sand on the bedspread was a lot. The main bath had no towel holders or hooks - broken off. No screen door on balcony. Broken ceramic tiles and cupboards in poor condition. Uncomfortable furniture. Dishwasher sounded like a train going through the condo. Very loud. We’ve stayed in comparatively priced condos in much better condition. The indoor pool was great though. Wouldn’t rent again.

Nice place and came as described. Easy access and no problems. The parking numbers need to be adjusted in the parking lot. But the condo manager was there to fix the issue.

The condo needs an update. Bathrooms, sliding door to the balcony, and kitchen are outdated. It’s not fully stocked with kitchen supplies to cook. The location is awesome, as it’s just a few steps from the beach with a great ocean view. Even though the place needs an update, it is clean.

I had a good stay, the view was gorgeous, the apartment had everything we needed. Parking was difficult to find because the numbers faded but eventually I found it. The pool was closed which was the main reason I booked the place so I was highly upset about that because that information should have been shared.

I’ve stayed in a few places at Marigot over the years and know it well,as soon as I booked this and it got closer to the vacation,the property manager for this property was sending me faceless text messages telling me not to ask for early check in as they can’t oblige. Not welcoming at all since I haven’t even asked.The bathroom was missing a towel rack that had clearly broken off and not been replaced,the tap in the half bath needs replacing,very little cutlery in the kitchen and like two teaspoons.There is mold in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. And finally,we had to put on all the linens of the bed as soon as we got there and strip them as if we are part of the cleaning staff,I suggest that the owners walk through the property and fix everything broken/missing and do this on a regular basis before charging the amount they do. Finally,we got locked out of the apartment because the auto lock failed, it is battery operated, thank goodness we were able to get back in late at night but not fun at 10pm with two young children,maybe keys left close by the event this happens may not be a bad idea. This apartment lacked the friendliness and homeliness I have felt with other Marigot apartments and had a corporate/cold feel and so I would not stay here or recommend. The pool was great and view and beach wonderful,super safe block,just not this unit.

Thank you so much for your feedback. With thousands of reservations coming thru the doors each summer, you would not believe how many requests we receive for early check-in. Due to the tight cleaning and linen schedules on turnover days, this is not something we are able to offer. Because of the volume of requests, we have an automated message go out to guests prior to their stay. This frees up our team to focus on other aspects of the guest experience. We apologize that you did not find this particular text welcoming, but you did receive 19 messages before the one you are noting....all with a welcoming tone and quickly responding to all of your questions. Other items noted in your review were never relayed to our team. We have systems in place that could have quickly resolved them. As I'm sure you're aware in your day-to-day work life...you can't fix what you aren't made aware of. Also we apologize if asking you to place your dirty linens by the door when you leave is too much. This isn't something we've heard before from other guests, but will certainly take your opinion into account. Locked out, but got back in? Glad that was resolved. And yes, the pool is wonderful! Again, we thank you for your feedback.

Pool was closed for repairs and we were not notified ahead of the booking. The slider door to the balcony does not lock. the door often stuck to get in to the condo. Bathroom light had bulbs out. Fixture problem not bulb. Beach view and furnishings were perfect.
