Welcome to Casa Sun & Serenity, a whole new in level of living in Playa Grande! Two separate private homes combined to frame the garden and pool and common areas creating exquisite living spaces with 2 complete full kitchens and living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, including a private yoga / work out area, and exterior BBQ area.

This impressive home for the setting, location and modern design, with clean lines and open spaces the finishes delivers the Costa Rican flavor in luxury. The kitchens connects to the patio and pool area as well as the covered terrace with a full outdoor kitchen, grill, seating, and a private yoga / work out area.

Casa Sun & Serenity nestled in a natural pristine location with luxury at your figure tips is only a few steps from majestic Playa Grande beach and world class surf break, with breaks for beginners to most advanced. Playa Grande beach is miles long of fine, pale sand; perfect for those who enjoy a leisurely beach stroll and a warm ocean breeze. Beach coast belongs to Las Baulas National Park, as Leather Back Turtle Nesting Area.

Playa Grande is packed with tour options and things to do! From diverse and authentic dining to shopping and entertainment, can explore the 1,500-acre estuary with a kayak and see the variety to mangroves and exotic animals, including from monkey's, to aquatic birds. Travel to the northern end of Playa Grande to Playa Ventanas and jump into beautiful snorkeling waters.

Note, there are four outdoor security cameras on the property, one at each exterior gate and one at common BBQ area.

Wonderful property

We had 3 families that stayed in both Casa Sun and Casa Serenity. The rooms and common areas were fantastic. The pool was perfect for the kids as well. We had a golf cart which made it easy to get around but if you are staying in town you may not even need one. Super close to the beach. Raquel was the best and was so sweet and helpful during out stay.

Gorgeous property steps from beautiful beack

We recently stayed at the property with another family. It was an absolute wonderful experience. Everyone had their own bed/bathroom. The living spaces (both indoor and outdoor) were comfy and very functional for our two families with kids, and the kitchen was well appointed. Having a pool was key and even though it is not huge, we were all able to hanout and swim. Raquel was on site to help with any detail we needed. Steps from a beautiful beach with plenty of room to stroll, surf and boogie board. There are a few cute restaurants and shops up the road. If you are looking for a lot of activity you will need a car to get around, but if you are looking for peace and tranquility with few to no tourists book here with Trevor.Will be back!
