One Bedroom – One Bath Upstairs Apartment located in Tavares, FL (America’s Sea Plane City) in the heart of beautiful Lake County Florida.

Please note that there are three steps up to the first entry door. Three more steps inside the entry to reach the second entry door. Which is where you will encounter a staircase with twelve steps up to the apartment.

The apartment is an attic apartment and has partial slopping (low) ceilings, which you can see when browsing the pictures.

Established and newly furnished in 2023.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Fully Equipped Kitchen. Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Corian Countertop, Garbage Disposal, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Glassware, Silverware and misc kitchen utinsels.

The living room has the sleeper sofa, recliner, end tables, USB charging outlets, 50” Ruko TV and assorted games.

Bathroom has a tiled shower with soap dispenser, towels, hand soap and cleaning supplies.

Bedroom has a queen size bed, closet space, side tables, alarm clock, USB charging, 43” Ruko TV and bedside lamps.

The extra space between the bedroom and kitchen contains a desk, USB charging, dresser and hall table.

We give you a starter supply of paper towels, hand soap and dish soap.

Free Wi-Fi so you can log into your favorite streaming service on the Ruko TV’s

Six blocks from the Tavares Downtown entertainment district, Wooten Park and the Sea Plane Basin.

A Short Drive to Mount Dora, which is well known for its many antique and specialty shops.

Centrally located, we’re 1 to 1-1/2 hour drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive Attractions, Orlando International Airport, and the East or West Coast Beaches.
