Have It All Haven is located in the beautifully lush town of Fennville. Sprawling farmlands lead you to believe you are miles and miles away from civilization, when in fact you are mere minutes from some of the best culture Michigan has to offer! Conveniently located on Blue Star Highway (our main road here in Saugatuck), you can easily zip a mile up the road and land in the darling towns of Saugatuck & Douglas. These sister towns have a storied history of incredible beauty, divine cuisine, and a killer art scene. From small businesses that have been operating for decades to fresh, new pop-ups, there is something for everyone in this thriving cultural center voted Best Beach Town by Midwest Living Magazine.

The nearby Oval Beach is only 10 minutes away, and Conde Nast Traveler has ranked it in the top 25 best shorelines in the world! That's right, the WORLD! State-known hiking and biking trails fill the area, and gorgeous state parks with majestic forested dunes line the shoreline. There is no shortage of incredible offerings, no matter what you're into. Chill at the house and take in the peaceful surroundings, head into town for shopping and dining, hit the trails and immerse yourself in nature, or bask on one of the many beaches along the shoreline. We'll be right here waiting for you!

Your safety and security are our top priority. Keyless Entry allows for a flexible check-in. You will be provided with a customized code prior to your arrival.

Have It All Haven is the perfect Michigan getaway! The home is situated on 3 sprawling acres and gives you the quintessential Michigan feel. With its long, partially gated drive that leads to the darling white exterior with green shutters, knotty pine walls, and exposed beams, showcases the interior of the home, making you feel right at home. This cottage truly has it all - cornhole, volleyball net, giant Jenga, firepit, hot tub, and televisions in every room! We are not short on fabulous amenities here: Enjoy luxurious bath products from Malin & Goetz, locally roasted coffee from Uncommon Ground (just around the corner!), hand-blended teas from Michigan tea company Fraser Teas, and a plethora of other essentials like olive oil & vinegar, flour & sugar, basic cooking spices, zip locks, tin foil, trash bags, TP, paper towel, dishwasher and laundry pods, the list goes on and on. This home will leave you wanting for nothing as you will already Have It All!

Have It All Haven is under a 5-minute drive to Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, Douglas Beach, and various Wineries/Breweries. Don't feel like driving? No problem there! The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location and your chariot awaits!

Want to venture out into the rest of Michigan's Art Coast? Downtown South Haven and Holland are only a 20-minute drive away and offer a whole different vibe filled with other activities to explore!

Our pet fee is $145 and will include a Pet Basket for you to use during your stay: food and water bowls, waste bags, lavender pet shampoo, pet stain remover, puppy towel, and a little treat :) Woof Woof!

We had a great time at this property. It was easy to find and a lot of open space for our dog to run around (the host had no problem making a late adjustment for us when we had to bring our dog). It's close to both downtown Saugatuck and downtown Douglas. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is great!! It is close to Saugatuck, Fennville, and the beach. The room layout is perfect for groups and families and 3 full size bathrooms are a plus! The kitchen has everything you need to make all the meals and the open layout with dining and the living room makes it easy for a big group to be together.

This was a great place to stay! It was a terrific set up for our family, with outdoor games,( loved the badminton set!) ,a fire pit, hot tub and a lovely outdoor dining space. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, it has a very well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean.The traffic from the road can be a little loud, but the positives of this place outweigh this negative. The upside of the location is that it is nicely situated to access a variety of places to go/things to do. I would absolutely recommend Have It All Haven!

Our group of 8 stayed here 9/17-20 for a girls wine weekend. This place and the whole experience was perfect (except the weather)!The house is super clean and everything seemed brand new and nicely maintained.Some of our favorites: -The chai syrup for coffee/tea, and the coffee itself was delish!-The bougie shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled amazing!- blow dryers in all 3 bathrooms-Plenty of big, fluffy towels and spa robes-Fireplace!! Easy to turn on with the switch and kicks out some heat! We sat around it a LOT.Hot tub-Very comfortable beds/pillows/comforters-Good TP/paper towels- not the cheap kind! -Hot tub was clean and a perfect end to our days of wine and shopping!-We inquired if there was a crock pot, which there wasn’t, but they purchased one for the house that arrived before our trip. So thoughtful and appreciated!-Good owner response to all questions. We had no issues whatsoever. -We left a few things behind, and they were so helpful with arrangements to get them back to us.-The only thing we would change is to have a mirror in each bedroom, so that multiple women can get ready at once.We 100% recommend this host and property, it was perfect for our group!

Perfect stay

Have It All Haven was the perfect house and location for a weekend girl’s getaway! The house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and we had all intentions of getting in the hot tub and making s’mores over the fire pit, but just ran out of time…will have to stay longer next visit.

The location is very convenient to visit Holland, saugatuck, south haven and the great vineyard in Fennville! Kids loved rock hunting on the beach! The only things I would add to the kitchen would be a rubber spatula, a fly swatter and a broom. Small things in the big picture! The coffee and tea bar was a treat! Had trouble with the hot tub (temperature, jets not working and it was a little cloudy when we arrived). We called and the maintenance man was there the next day. Got it cleared up pretty well but was not able to get the jets going. There was a small finishing nail sticking up that my grandson caught his heal on at the threshold of the door. The maintenance man had his hammer and fixed that right away.

Beautiful home!

This is a gorgeous property! It was exceptionally clean and well supplied. It is decorated beautifully and has the perfect central location to Saugatuck, South Haven, Holland, etc. It is by far the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in!

Bach Party

My friends and I stayed here for a relaxed weekend in for my bachelorette party. The place was so beautiful and clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. The weekend was a blast and were sad to leave. We would book again!

I have rented many houses for family and friend vacations and this one by far has to be one of the best!!It has everything you will need, I always bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper most places only supply a very small amount this place had all the extra we needed.My whole family loved this house especially the grandchildren lots of room to run.The location is perfect!We will definitely be back.Dawn

Always wanted to visit this area

The home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean, enjoyed the coffee provided and loved the welcome basket for our pup. The weather wasn't great but those are the chances you take in early spring. It allowed us to get away from all that we've been dealing with and recharge for a couple of days! Wonderful Winter Retreat

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more for cooking. It even had a little coffee bar set up with local coffee and teas and a variety of simple syrups. We stayed here with our family and pups over Christmas and loved all the wood and the cabin feel. The host even put out some Christmas decorations that were beautiful.We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this beautiful, cozy home.

Private home with nice amenities and firepit.

Beautiful home! Private backyard with a firepit. We appreciated the small stack of wood to get us started. Grilled dinner and had everything we needed. 3 cute bedrooms with a bonus loft. It was perfect for 4 couples. We loved it!

Amazing getaway!

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! It was such a great place for our family to have our summer vacation. Everything in the house was immaculate and the kitchen had literally everything we needed when we cooked some meals at the house. It was so nice and peaceful to sit outside in the backyard, and the drive to downtown Saugatuck was so easy. We took advantage of the interurban shuttle several times as well! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a great location!

Everyone loved our weekend stay at the Have It All Haven. Stayed with 9 adults…ages 23 to 84….and our dog. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities…fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, volleyball, cornhole, and a great room with a fireplace, comfy seating, and large television. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and televisions. Perfect location to enjoy all that the area has to offer - Fennville, Douglas, and Saugatuck! Would definitely rent again!
