This area is 1.7km away from Tamarindo beach and about 2.2km away from the centre of town. A car, golf cart, or some sort of transportation means would be useful. There are however some limited food (including 2 great local restaurants, aka sodas), shopping options around, in addition to a grocery store (Siempre Fresco) that is within walking distance.

Please note that the house is in a new development with ongoing construction. Indoors with all windows and doors closed, the work is muted; however, it will be noticeable outside during working hours.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

Please also note, a new water filtration system to combat the hard water in Costa Rica!

Tamarindo is a fun and active tourist area for all to enjoy. For this reason it’s also important to ensure you take proper precaution to secure your property and your personal items. This home is secured and equipped with an alarm system and security. Please be sure to utilize these amenities during your stay.

Additional security is provided by a private, patrolled service that conducts regular motorized patrols throughout the neighborhood, during evening hours. This offers an added layer of monitoring and peace of mind for participating homes.

**We manage multiple neighboring homes that are identical to this listing. We can accommodate larger parties, wedding groups, or events up to 30 people between the properties. Please send an inquiry for more information**
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
