Short stay

Nice property that fitted our needs, staying a couple nights after a trip to the Amalfi coast. Comfortable, well equipped, easy communication and with the owner.

Fulvio and was an awesome host. Every time I messaged him, he responded to me right away. Barbara, his manager was very nice, accommodating and helpful. She helped us in putting online food delivery orders since our cards are being declined by the restaurants. She even went out of her way to show my 19 year old granddaughter around Rome since it was her first time to be in the country. She really made our stay enjoyable. Kudos to Barbara

Spacious accommodations is a quiet, suburban neighborhood

The home was located outside of cental Rome, away from tourists. The environment was inline with what we were seeking. Lots of space that more accomodated us. Ideal for very large groups and families seeking a more authentic, less touristy experience.

I have never stayed in Rome before, I was slightly concerned about the security measures at the property, not sure what to think, is it typical? Or is the neighborhood questionable? Friday evening there was some people either downstairs or next door that were a little loud, I realize that you have no control of this, and it truly was not involve the authorities loud, with some more communication about these concerns, we would definitely stay there again, thank you!

Wonderfull stay

Beautiful retreat for our family! Super peaceful neighborhood. Great location just a short trip to both the cool spots in Rome center and the beaches of Ostia. Also very close to the airport! LOVE the huge balcony with the outdoor tables to relax after a long day of sightseeing. There's a lot of local cafes, restaurants and walking distance to everything we needed (Conad supermarket is so nice!). The villa itself is so big, clean, and well-maintained. Ideal for families and groups wanting to experience Rome without staying in the busy tourist zones! Would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you Fulvio for having us. Ciao

A very nice property. One of the topfloor bedroom air conditioners was not working making sleeping in this room very uncomfortable (late June). This was really our only problem. The location worked well for us for attending a wedding nearby, and it is well located for an easy drive to the airport.
